Therefore all ministers, deacons and full-time youth and lay pastors, without exception, are expected to attend. Christian school children should be encouraged to stay away from school on this day! 16. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Removals: All removals are being handled by the Rev Rampai Seeri. Please send your claim forms to him for approval Candidates: Nomination of candidates close 31 July and completed forms must reach EMMU by 31 October Invitations and Stations: All Superintendents and Circuit Stewards are welcome to attend the District Stationing Committee Meetings. However, we must note that according to Methodist Book of Order it is the committee elected by our District Synod that officially represents us in this regard. Please observe the rules meticulously Seconded Ministers: Please note that all seconded ministers must be actively engaged in their home Circuits, must submit reports to their April Quarterly Meetings for Synod and are required to attend Synod Trust Properties: Superintendents are asked to note that all enquiries must go to the Mr Ricky Ngwenya who will guide you Please note that all Youth Pastors are expected to answer the questions of discipline at the District Youth Synod. If they are unable to attend, dispensation must be sought in writing from the Bishop Please note that all part time ministers must have their invitation approved by the Quarterly Meeting in the early part of the year. That recommendation must be passed on to the Bishop who makes recommendation to the Synod.
