We will go throught the basic information concerning the competition, training, etc. 4.TECHNICAL MEETING AND JUDGES INSTRUCTION / ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ СОВЕЩАНИЕ И ИНСТРУКЦИИ ДЛЯ СУДЕЙ / REUNIÓN TÉCNICA Y REUNIÓN DE JUECES Technical meeting and judges instruction will be held at the same place as the Orientation (Ground floor, technical room) at the Multiusos Arena. We will have tablet for scoring system available during the competition and instruction is incluided to this session.

4 5.DELEGATIONS OFFICE / ОФИС ДЕЛЕГАЦИИ / OFICINA DE LAS DELEGACIONES Delegation office is located at the Multiusos Arena (technical room, ground floor). All information from the OC/FIG to the delegations will be distributed through the delegation boxes at the delegation office. Only delegation members with acredditation for Head of Delegation, Team Manager or Coach are allowed to retrieve the official communication (results, etc.) 6.MEDIA, TELEVISION COVERAGE, LIVE BROADCASTING / СМИ, ТВ, ПРЯМАЯ ТРАНСЛЯЦИЯ / MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN, TVE, RETRANSMISIÓN As we are following the FIG rules, live broadcasting in the internet will only stream in Spain. The Royal Royal Spanish Fedeation will be broadcast all competition live in youtube. 7.APPARATUS CONTROL / КОНТРОЛЬ ПРЕДМЕТОВ / CONTROL DE APARATOS All individual gymnasts and groups are obligated to get their apparatus checked before the competition. This will take place at Multiusos Arena training area. 8.OPENING CEREMONY / ЦЕРЕМОНИЯ ОТКРЫТИЯ / CEREMONIA DE APERTURA Opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday 10th at 16:40h 9.AWARD CEREMONIES AND PRIZES / ЦЕРЕМОНИЯ НАГРАЖДЕНИЯ И ПРИЗЫ / ENTREGA DE MEDALLAS Y PREMIOS Award ceremony for the All-Around competition will be held on Wednesday 9th at 21:05h Only the top three gymnast and countries of AA competition will participate. Award ceremony for the apparatus final will be held on Thursday 10th at 17:10h. 10.DELEGATIONS SEATINGS / МЕСТ НА ТРИБУНАХ ДЛЯ ДЕЛЕГАЦИЙ / ASIENTOS DELEGACIONES We have reserved seating for all accredited delegation members on the competition hall. All delegations members are required to carry the accreditation card with them when entering to the seating area. 11.CLOSING BANQUET / БАНКЕТ / BANQUET FINAL The closing banquet will take place after on Thursday 10th at 20:30 at Los Girasoles restaurant.
