Tyres Specified for use During the Rally (Ref WRC Sporting Reg Art 60.3) As per WRC Article 60.3, the following driver is requested to use tyres from FIA approved list: RICARDO TRIVIÑO Non-Priority drivers are not required to use nominated tyres (Article 60.4 WRC Regs, Article 7.1 Supplementary Regs) 4. Cars eligible to enter FIA Regional Championship Rallies (NACAM) (Ref S.R. Art 4.5.2) Cars are eligible to enter as stipulated in the Article 4 of the 2018 FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations. 3 5. Rally Programme (Ref. S.R. Art. 3) Revised Rally Programme is attached. 6. FIA Delegates (Ref. SR Art 6.2) FIA Sporting Delegate: Arnaud Crépin 7. Windows / Nets (Ref. SR Art 11.3) The use of tinted or silvered windows, according to Appendix J, Art 253 Art 11, is authorized. Silvered or tinted films fitted on front side windows must have an opening equivalent to a circle of 70mm diameter in order to allow the occupants / content of the car to be seen. 8. Super Special Stage Procedure and Running Order (Ref. SR Art 12.5) The Organisers may, at their discretion, pair drivers on the stage in the interest of the spectators and television. This pairing may change the running order of the day. On Friday and Saturday, there will be a 20-minute holding area between the Time Control and the first Stage Start where any changes in running order will be made. On Saturday, the holding time will be 20 minutes. The running order established from this point will remain the same throughout the remainder of the section. Refer to Rally Guide 2 for procedure diagrams. 9. Reconnaissance Schedule (Ref SR Appendix 2) Revised Reconnaissance Schedule: Page 3 of 5

Tech Zone before Shakedown TC There will be a tech zone before the shakedown start time control FIA WRC Sporting Regulations: Art : Delete as follows: A green LED on the emergency console will then remain illuminated for the duration of eight seconds, which is confirmation for the crew that the switch has been activated correctly. Art Electronic Red Flags: Points a), b) and c) are replaced as follows: Electronic red flags will be used in all competing cars. When activated from rally control, the screen of the FIA Emergency Console will turn red and show the message RED FLAG. Crews must immediately confirm the electronic Red Flag by pressing the button ACKNOWLEDGE and proceed as specified in Art Art : It is reminded that standard fuel tanks are no longer homologated. Delete as follows: All competitors are required to fit FIA-specified refuel couplings, except Non-Priority drivers using a car which retains the standard tank. 12.
