2 MAIN Control: The venue is Clare Showgrounds. See attached map for directions to the Fuel dump and Main Control. Please be advised if coming through Clare, there is the local football/netball grand final please be mindful of additional cars on the roads. Open Class riders will start from 12.01pm. Rally Class will start at 2.01pm Rider sign on and Machine Examination from 9.00am Riders must sign on prior to Machine Examination All riders must have signed on and been scrutineered by 12.00PM for ALL competitors including Rally class. Machine Examination Will be conducted as per Reliability Trials Supplementary rule book part 7, 8, 9 & 10. Riders shall bring all their riding gear including any spare helmets to machine examination. Riders Briefing There will be two rider briefings. Open Class riders briefing at pm. All Open competitors must attend. Rally Class will be at 12.15am. All Rally Class must attend The riders briefing is compulsory and will contain important up to date information about the event. All riders will be required to sign an attendance form. Documentation The following documents must be presented at rider sign on. Documents containing reference to the engine number to prove their machine is correctly registered and insured Current driver s licence MA licence Proof of club membership Log Book Failure to produce any of the above documents will incur exclusion from the event; except for log books. Fuel and refuelling Fuel shall only be taken on at official fuel stops. Penalty Exclusion 1 st Refuel is at the start of section 7. Total Distance is 63 km s. 2 nd Refuel is at Caltex Fuel Station prior to Main Control. Total distance is 110 km s. CMCC will provide a strip of enviromats at the remote fuel Stop for riders to use to refuel. The club asks for a gold coin donation to cover the cost of the mats. Please donate at sign in. Event Schedule Open Class riders briefing 11.15am Rally Class riders briefing 12.15pm Main Event Start 12.01pm Rally Riders Start 2.01pm Starting Order The event will start as follows; The main event starting at 12.01pm in the following order, Expert Sidecars, Clubman Sidecars, Expert Solo, Clubman Solo Catering Excellent and delicious catering will be available from Main Control all day provided by The Little Red Grape Bakery. Camping Camping is available at the showgrounds.

3 ATTENTION: ALL RIDERS PLEASE BE AWARE new [END] of Competitive Section signs are being trialled in this event for use in Reliability Trials events next season. The signs are being considered to assist a competitor by visually acknowledging the arrival of the end of a competitive timed section. The new signs will allow the rider to take full advantage of a flying finish without endangering control personnel, and reduce dust generated by the competitor under racing conditions. Two (2) END signs will be placed at the end of each section allowing the competitors to ride between, your time will be taken at the exact second you pass the new signs. Previously used Control signs will still be used to mark the in control, whereby you as the rider, must be at a slower pace, and in control of your machine. You must STOP at all controls as before, and acknowledge that the control keeper has recorded your time. As per SART Supplementary Rules, penalties apply for not stopping at a control.

4 Main Fuel dump Remote Fuel Dump Main control Clare showgrounds Location of remote Fuel dump: S E To get to the remote fuel dump if travelling north from Adelaide on Main North road turn right at Leasingham onto Mintaro Road and travel towards Mintaro and Farrell Flat. Go straight through Mintaro and follow road to the fuel dump. This is located on the corner of Copper Ore Road and Airport Road, Farrell Flat. The Main fuel dump is located at the Caltex fuel station in Clare. This is a 24 hour station. Fuel and food are available.
