Qualifiers, 2-B-Mains (transfer 6 out of each.) b. Top 8 of the 12 transfers will run a trophy dash c. Trophy Dashes to determine first 8 positions in Saturday s A-Feature event. d. Hot 4, 6 P.M. Saturday July 2 nd a. Qualifiers, LCQ s, B-Mains & A-Features b. Hot Noon, Qualifiers & LCQ 1 P.M. c. 2-B-Mains per class, (transfers to fill remaining positions in A- Features. d. B-Mains 7 P.M. followed by A-Mains. 2. Registration & Draw: Thursday, June 30th Registration open 5 P.M.- 10 P.M. **Friday, July 1st Registration & Draw open 1 P.M.- 4 P.M. **Saturday, July 2nd --Registration & Draw open 9 A.M.-Noon ** If you are late to the draw, you will be assigned to the rear of a qualifier. Payouts Required Car Counts To Receive Advertised Purse: Limited Modifieds = 70 cars Mod Lites = 60 cars Classic Dwarfs = 60 cars Less than the car counts listed above in a class will require that class s purse to start at 2nd place money. Starting money will not be affected by car count. For every 10 cars above the required car count in your class, we will add $ 1,000 to the winner and add $ 50 to the all positions getting start money.(14th-24th) Example: Limited s: 90 Registered Cars would mean a purse of $ 7,000 to win & $ 1,100 to start. 3. 3 Robert Smith Any Questions concerning event schedule: Dave Cook lap A-Mains Limited Modifieds Mod Lites Classic Dwarf Cars All A-Features will consist of 2-20 lap segments: Laps 1-20 Segment #1 Laps Segment #2 5. All classes will have a mandatory caution at the conclusion of lap 20 of their A-Main. A 15 minute break for refueling and/or set-up changes will be allowed under the mandatory caution. All work must be done on the front stretch only. (This is to provide the spectators with the opportunity to watch). Any cars leaving the front stretch area during the mandatory caution will be re-positioned at the rear behind the last car scored when the mandatory caution occurred. Each Class s determined Purse will be divided into two payouts: Payout # 1 will be half the advertised purse and paid according as you are scored at the mandatory caution on Lap # 20. Payout # 2 will be the remaining half of the advertised purse for your class being paid as you are scored at the end of Lap # 40. A Chassis Challenge Trophy will be presented to each A-Feature winner based on the lap # 40 finishing results. Each spot provides the class sponsor with the following: 1. His/Her company s name on our Web-Site 2. Recognition on our Facebook Page. 3. Advertisement on T-Shirts being sold for this event. (shirts sold by class) 4. Company name recognition during the event. BONUS: By becoming a Class sponsor for this event, a representative of your company will draw a number Saturday night between 1 & 24. This number will represent the car in that starting position for the feature event of your class. If the car starting in your drawn number wins the Feature, your company will receive $1, 500. If that car finishes in the 2nd position, your

4 company will receive $1,000. Sponsorship Package as listed above $ **The first 24 cars in each class that brings this sponsor package for his/her class as described above will receive $100 off of their entry fee. (Sponsorship Package money must be received on or before June 1st to be valid.) Rain Policy: Rained Out Thursday: Practice will be re-scheduled for noon til 3 P.M. prior to Friday night s event. Rained Out Friday Night Only: If the event does not start, we will run this event on Saturday & Sunday. If we start the event and all scheduled races in your class were not completed prior to the rain, we will start earlier on Saturday to finish Friday Night s portion prior to starting Saturday night s event. 7. Rained Out Saturday Night Only: We will run the Saturday night s event starting at 1 P.M. Sunday afternoon. Rained Out both Friday & Saturday: The event will be re-scheduled for a later date. All entry fees will be returned by mail to the address as listed on your registration form. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE TRACK. PIT PASSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Saturday or Sunday s A-Main Rained Out: Feature Payout: If the starting line-up has been determined and is then rained out prior to starting the feature, we will divide the feature purse by the number of cars and pay each feature contestant equally. Example: Limiteds: $ 34,250 purse divided by 24 cars = $ 1,425 ea. If segment # 1 is started prior to a rain out and is or is not completed, we will pay the full determined purse, based upon total car count of the class, by the last lap scored in segment # 1. If segment # 2 starts and then is rained out, we will pay the segment # 2 portion of the determined purse based upon the last lap scored in this segment prior to the rain out. Alternates: If a car is unable to start the segment # 2 portion of their main event, an alternate will be placed in the back of the field as his/her replacement. The car being replaced will still receive their determined purse amount for the position it was last scored in segment # 1. The replacement car will be competing for the determined purse available in segment #2. 8. Pit Passes: Thursday:$20/person (age 13 & up) Kids (12 & under) free Friday: $ 35/person (ages 13 & up) $ 10 Kids (ages 6-12) Saturday:$ 40/person (age 13 & up) $ 10 (ages 6-12) Kids 5 & under free General Admission: Thursday: Free Friday: Adults $ 15; Seniors $12; Kids (6-12) $5; kids 5 & under free.
