1 SPONSORSHIP Information FOR 2018 SEASON Facebook promotions have reached up to 1,000 people per post Broadwater Netball Club has been established for more than 10 years Broadwater Netball Club has 150+ players 130+ families More than 160 teams, with approximately 1,200 players and their families are at the courts each Saturday during the netball season

2 Background of Club Founded in 2004, the Broadwater Netball Club originally began as the main netball association of the Northern Gold Coast. In 2008, the introduction of the Northern Gold Coast Netball Association incorporated Broadwater into its Club. We have a Net Set Go program which offers netball training, ball skills, fun games and the introduction of simplified netball rules for girls aged from 5 to 10 years. We had more than 50 Net Set Go players in The Broadwater Netball Club also has competitive teams for girls aged 11 to 18. We had more than 100 competition age players in our club in Although our main goal and over-riding passion is to provide a fun and safe environment for girls to learn and love the sport of netball, we also provide them with the opportunity to excel at the sport through the Northern Gold Coast Netball Association Representative program. Overall, 23 Broadwater Netball Club players were selected to represent the association in We also have a strong team representation at the Association with Broadwater teams in the top Division in nearly every age group, and several teams compete in the Grand Final every year. The Club is supported by a committee of dedicated parents, and the players are supported by parents, grandparents and friends, who come to watch the matches on Saturdays.

3 There are many overt and hidden costs involved in the operation of our club; quite simply, sustaining our terrific dynamic depends on the kindness and generosity of our club members and sponsors. The development of coaches is a high priority; this sponsorship will be used to support the training of these essential members of our club. Your support will also assist the club with the purchasing new equipment such as netballs, bibs, agility sets, and cones and the necessary payment of qualified umpires for competition games. Additional court necessities such as scoreboards, drink bottle crates, and training shirts are likewise purchased with these funds, as are end of season netball trophies. President s Striving Award will be presented to Competition Player at end of the season, nominated by the President and voted by the Committee.
