It is the players responsibility to bring all luggage and gear to their room and out at the end of camp. NO PARENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING IN THE PLAYER SUPPLIES, CHAPERONES WILL ENFORCE THIS RULE. Players MAY NOT move into another room once assigned nor may they move their mattress to another room. This policy must be strictly adhered to: any changing of the rooming must be turned into the Region I staff. State Associations should room same age players together as schedules may vary among the different ages. Every effort will be made to house teams on the same floor. Due to the size of the group and the layout of the dorm it may not always be possible to keep a team on the same floor. When this occurs, the chaperones will be split up and one will be placed on each floor. Check Out All Players and Chaperones: Camp 1 and 2 must be out of the dorms at 9 am and luggage will be stored at the Jaeger Center. Players and Chaperones will store their luggage and belongings in the Jaeger Center so that the rooms may be cleaned for the next camp. No entry to the dorms will be allowed after 9 am on the day of departure. Camp 2 and 3 will not be able to get in the dorm until 3 pm. Luggage and belongings will be stored at the Jaeger Center for those arriving to camp. Policy and Curfew: The dormitory curfew is 10:00 PM with quiet time and lights out at 11:00 PM. The door to the player dorms will be locked at 11 pm and must be accessed by key only by a chaperone. NO ONE will be permitted entrance after 11 pm. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave in a mature and responsible manner, and remember the rules of the signed code of conduct are also in order. Under NO circumstances will alcoholic beverages or controlled substances be permitted in the dorms or on the fields. Players MAY NOT leave the campus at any time. This ruling will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Players should remain with their team at all times. If parents are present during camp they may NOT visit the dorm rooms, take players off campus or drive players to field or dorms. DEVELOPMENT OF PLAYERS ON AND OFF THE FIELD IS PART OF THE REGION I ODP CAMP FORMAT. Parents should watch games only, training sessions are closed. First Day of Camp: 1. Opening ceremonies will begin promptly at 5:00 pm at the fields where each team is assigned. Please be sure all players are prepared to take the fields and both teams (Red and Blue) will attend the opening ceremonies. 2. Dinner on the first night will be served between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. 3. There will be a mandatory chaperone meeting (at least 1 chaperone per team must attend) and we will meet near the main tent at the fields at 6:00 pm the first day of each camp.
4 4. There will be a mandatory State Coaches Meeting in the Jaeger Center at 3 pm each first day of camp. State Coaches will meet daily throughout the camp in the evening. Check the daily schedules. Dining Hall Hours are as follows: Breakfast 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM Lunch 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Dinner 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM (first day dinner is 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm) Any allergies or Gluten Free players will have special selections away from the regular food lines. We will ask each state for the player names of special diets before camp and these players will be instructed on where to go for their meals.
