Note: Pets are not allowed on our campus other than approved physical assist dogs. CONCESSIONS Concessions will be available during most of our home contests. Capped water bottles are permitted in the gym. Food and other beverages are not allowed in the gym. Note: Eating areas are available in the gym foyer during Volleyball and Basketball games. PARKING Spectators may park in Student Lots 1-6. A daily parking meter permit may be purchased from the permit dispensers located in each student lot at a cost of $1 per day ($1 bills or coins accepted). New daily permits must be purchased each day. If the permit dispensers malfunction, notify the police in Building 1800B or call (707) If a dispenser is out of service, purchase a permit in an adjacent lot. Parking Lot D is restricted parking for faculty/staff only and not available for spectator parking. Vehicles parked in disabled parking must have display disabled placard or plates AND Solano College parking permit or daily meter ticket. All lots are regularly patrolled and citations are issued. Vehicles must be parked in painted parking stalls, not on the grass. LOCKER ROOMS Men s and women s locker rooms are located in Building 1700 (gym) will be available to change in only. Towels and locks will not be provided. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of items. 1 P a g e

3 ATHLETIC TRAINING The James Hollister Sports Medicine Center is in room The following will be easily accessible to all participating teams: ice with bags, water and drinking cups, or water bottles, emergency medical supplies, preventative taping and first aid supplies Both the home and away team shall be provided equal access to athletic training facilities. The visiting team is responsible for traveling with a medical supply kit, which will also include insurance, emergency information, and consent forms. The Solano College Athletic Trainer will provide supplies to visitors on a payback basis. Arrangements must be made in advance by the visiting team s athletic trainer/athletic health care provider in order to receive treatment other than taping, wrapping, and/or cryotherapy by Solano College s Athletic Trainer prior to the contest. Solano College s athletic trainer/athletic health care provider staff will be available at least one (1) hour prior to a contest and until at least twenty (20) minutes after the conclusion of the contest. All games and matches are CCCAA sponsored events. Sportsmanship from coaches, players and fans is expected and appreciated REQUIRED CCCAA DECORUM STATEMENT After Introductions and Before Start of Each Game, Meet, or Match California Community College Athletic Association: FANS, THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION DECORUM POLICY IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL GAMES THROUGHOUT THIS EVENT. PLEASE - BE RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS TO EACH OTHER. THE C.C.C.A.A. STRONGLY ENCOURAGES ALL FANS TO AVOID USING PROFANE LANGUAGE, TAUNTING OR MAKING INAPPROPRIATE GESTURES OR NONVERBAL SIGNS. IN ADDITION, ANY NON-CREDENTIALED PERSON THAT INTERRUPTS PLAY WILL IMMEDIATELY BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE VENUE BY SECURITY STAFF. THOSE VIOLATING THE C.C.C.A.A. DECORUM POLICY WILL BE WARNED ONCE. SUBSEQUENT VIOLATIONS OF THE C.C.C.A.A. DECORUM POLICY WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THIS HOST VENUE. THANK YOU. 2 P a g e

4 BASEBALL Please note the following procedures for game operations: Drop-off and unload on the perimeter road next to the footbridge connecting to the Billy & Louise Yarbrough stadium. (See map.) The visitor s dug-out is on the first baseline. MEN S AND WOMEN S BASKETBALL Dressing area and halftime meeting rooms are either 1738, 1742 (Women s Locker room), 1746, or 1752 (Men s Locker room). Please check with the event supervisor for exact location. The visitor s bench is on the southeast end of the court. The visitor s initial warm-up basket is the west basket. There shall be no hanging on the rim during pre-game warm-ups! SOFTBALL The Softball Stadium is across from the Doc Hollister Football Stadium. The restrooms just east of the tennis courts will be available. The visitor s dug-out is on the first baseline. Visitor s warm-up area is the outside of the field by the Visitor s dug-out. The field will not be available to warm-up on until it s your turn for the field. VOLLEYBALL WOMEN S SOCCER MEN S AND WOMEN S SWIM AND DIVE MEN S AND WOMEN S TENNIS The visitor s warm-up area is on the southeast end of the gym. The visitor s initial bench is on the east end. Classroom available upon request. Visitor s warm-up is on the north end of the field. Visitor s bench is on the northwest side of the sidelines. All other protocols will fall under the Bay Valley Conference, Central Valley Conference and CCCAA rules and bylaws.
