2 WELCOME! On behalf of our entire team at Inside Lacrosse, thank you for choosing the Inside Lacrosse Invitational! We re proud to host you and grateful for your support. Our mission is to provide all the elements that make for an enjoyable player s experience a well-organized tournament, strong competition, fine facilities and then supplement all of that with the Inside Lacrosse special sauce. If you have a question or need help with something while at the IL Invitational, please seek out one of our staff members in the bright orange Inside Lacrosse staff shirts. Our professional team of writers, photographers, talent evaluators, interviewers and videographers will be out in full force to watch you play and cover your experience on and off the field. We ll gather thousands of photos, hours and hours of video, and priceless content about you and your teammates that we can use for years to come. You will never play in any event that will provide more exposure to you as a college prospect. InsideLacrosse.com boasts nearly four million unique visitors and more than 40 million page views. Our family of social media reaches more than 500,000 followers. In addition to the many college coaches that will be in attendance, IL s partnerships with NCSA, nextpro (formerly Game Time Footage) and Front Rush will make your profile available to every college coach. Of course, we ll also be evaluating top prospects for our Recruiting Database. If you play well, you will be recognized. I strongly encourage you to take full advantage of all the resources available to maximize your IL Invitational experience. Be rested - mentally and physically prepared to be at your best. Attend one of the College Funding Services seminars (2 p.m. Monday or 10:30 a.m. Tuesday) and have your admissions and financial aid questions answered by the knowledgeable specialists from College Funding Services. 4 GENERAL INFO THANKS for CHOOSING INSIDE LACROSSE Inside Lacrosse has been providing award-winning coverage of lacrosse as the Source of the Sport for more than 20 years. + While we will have many college coaches on site, a huge value is in the exposure through our multiple media channels. + Coverage of the teams and players before, during and after the event. College coaches read Inside Lacrosse! + Follow the IL Invitational coverage on InsideLacrosse.com including scoreboard, individual stats, results and standings. + All-Tournament Team will have separate teams for each age division. + All participants receive a Player Profile in the IL Recruiting Database. + Players will have Player Profile headshot photo taken during each team s scheduled Inside Lacrosse Media Studio time. + Look for a post-event providing instructions on how to activate your complimentary subscription to Inside Lacrosse magazine. IL RECRUITING DATABASE Recruiting coverage and content remains a top draw at Inside Lacrosse. Nobody covers it better. + One of our newest features is the digital Recruiting Database. + Database lists players by position, class year, school, committment and evaluation score. + See recruiting profiles at InsideLacrosse.com/Recruiting + Select players will be evaluated at the IL Invitational and rated by experienced scouts. + Players can opt-in to include highlight video reels from nextpro into his profile. RULES of PLAY + All rules will be in accordance with current NCAA standards unless otherwise noted. + Playing time will consist of 12-minute quarters of running time. + Four minutes for halftime. One-minute break in between quarters. + Game Clock converts to start/stop the last two minutes of any game where the score differential is within two goals. Example: Score is 6-4, clock runs until the 2-minute mark and then the clock goes to start/stop. + Each team will get one (1) 60-second time-out per game. + Overtime will consist of one 8-minute, sudden-victory period. No additional timeouts. Games can end in a tie after that. + Score, game clock and penalty time kept at scorer s table. + All penalties will be running time and will start when player takes a knee in the box. MEDICAL + Trainers will be located at the designated area next to Field 8. (see field map). + Trainers are for reactionary care. Players are responsible for their own taping and preventive care prior to participation. + Water Coolers will be provided at each field. Please bring your own water bottle. WEATHER POLICY In the event of inclement weather, the Inside Lacrosse Staff reserves the right to: + Cancel and/or postpone games. + Shorten game times in order to catch up with schedule or to avoid approaching inclement weather. + Revise the schedule as deemed necessary. + Finish or end games before inclement weather arrives; games will be deemed official at the point of termination regardless of actual duration. REFUND POLICY + Injured players must submit a doctor s note to receive a partial refund after June. 1. No refunds will be issued after June No refunds will be issued due to any weather-related adjustments during the event.

The Uncommitted Showcases will be the morning of Tuesday, June 19. We play our Uncommitted Showcases in the morning when players are fresh and rested. Selections will be based on college coaches nominations, Inside Lacrosse staff picks and nominations from club player s coaches. Club coaches will be notified who is selected on Monday night by 8 p.m. via . The coach will then be responsible for letting their players know. The selections will also be posted on InsideLacrosse.com. Each player selected will be provided a custom Under Armour uniform (reversible jersey and shorts) for the game. 9 IL MEDIA ST UDIO Inside Lacrosse covers the IL Invitational like no other event, and nobody covers the sport - and especially recruiting - better than IL. We transport our office and studio to the competition site the week of the event. Each team has a scheduled media session in the IL Studio to take photos, collect interviews of standout players and coaches, and learn more about every single player in your program. Do not miss your session! Please be with your team at the Studio 3 minutes before your scheduled time. All athletes will have their head shot taken to be added to their recruiting profile on InsideLacrosse.com! The IL Studio is located in the white tent near Fields 12 & 13.
