2 Duties: The chapter Athletic Director (AD) is responsible for: Player Certification- -The Chapter AD is responsible for attending a certification date with all documents needed in specified order with clear separation of players in Alphabetical Order by Last Name. -The Chapter President is the only alternative Roster management- -Chapter AD is responsible for organizing and updating official team rosters on provided template. -Chapter AD is responsible for ing opponents Chapter AD each week of updated team rosters the Monday before the game by 9pm until Red Roster is certified. -The Chapter President is the only alternative Face Off -Chapter AD is responsible for the proper checking in of teams 30 min prior to scheduled game time -Follow Face OFF procedures listed below -Chapter President or Team AD properly trained by Chapter AD may be alternatives. Minimum Play Count- (Freshman only) -Must track that players get a minimum 10 plays on the field. -Penalties count as a completed play. -Failure to complete leaves team subject to forfeit -Team AD is an acceptable alternate. Player Certification: -In order to be considered Certified a player must have all required documents completed as defined below. -A Laminated Registration card with stamp serves as the certified players identification card. Conference Representative: -Conference Representatives will consist of 3 or more members selected to oversee the certification process. Certification Dates: 08/04/ /11/2018 Player Weigh-in: -League Age 7 and 10 will weigh-in at the Carnival. Their registration cannot be completed until after weight has been recorded. -Weight must be verified and recorded by a Conference Representative. -League Age 8 potentially under 50 lbs. will also weigh in and certify at this time. -Weigh in uniform is game equipment and uniform minus helmet. X Factor: An X Factor player is any player that meets the following: -7 years and weigh over 109 lbs. -8 years and weigh over 130 lbs. X factor players will be identified with an X of the back of their helmet. The X will be provided by Conference for the Chapter AD. No other mark shall be used.

3 Team Book: The AD will be responsible to maintain the Team Book. Each team will have a binder used for team Face-Off. The binder will be arranged as follows: -Roster -Player Registration Pack, organized alphabetically by last name. Required Documents (listed in order) -Player Registration Form -Birth Certificate -Student Data Sheet (varsity only) -Proof of Physical -Code of Conduct -Photo Release Form -Concussion Awareness Form Player Registration Form -Must be printed on specified color of cardstock Freshman - Terra Green Sophomore- Lunar Blue JV- Bristol Ivory Varsity- Solar yellow Cheer- Pulsar pink -Must have current (6mo) Color Photo of player attached -Must have original signatures -Conference Representative will place sticker, sign, and laminate to finalize certification Birth Certificate -Copy of original is acceptable -Must be legible Student Data Sheet (Varsity Players) -Must state the Grade and Year of player -Must have Student Name and Birthdate Proof of Physical -Signed by one of the following D.O. / M.P / P.A. / N.P. / D.C. -Must have Official Office Stamp, or Legible contact information -Must have been conducted in the same calendar year as the current season Code of Conduct -Must have all required signatures with dates Photo Release -Must be signed by Parent/Guardian Concussion Awareness Form- -Must be signed by Parent/Guardian and Players

4 Late Certification: Any player wishing to certify after the regular scheduled certification dates is a Late Certification. Late Certification will be accepted no later then Saturday of Week 4. It is the responsibility of the Chapter wishing to certify a player/players to make arrangements with a Conference Representative to certify player. Location is at the discretion of the Conference Representative. All normal certification standards apply. Red Roster: -The roster used Saturday of week 4 will be considered the Red Roster. -Red Roster must be certified by a Conference Representative. -No player movement or additions are permitted after Red Roster is final. -All games from week 5 on will require a certified red roster to Face-off. Face-Off Procedures -The Chapter AD, President, Or Team AD will escort their team to the Face Off location. This is designated by the home AD. -Each team must be in position for Face Off 30min prior to scheduled game time, even if game is delayed. Only Conference President my change scheduled game time. Teams late to Face-off will be subject to penalization. Example 1: Game time is 11:00 am. Face-Off is 10:30am. Example 2: Game time is 11:00 am. Game prior is in overtime. Face-Off time is still 10:30 Example 3: Game time is 11:00 am. Conference President Reschedules game time to 1:00 pm. Check in is now 12:30 pm. -Coaches and assistants are not permitted within 20 yards of Face Off. -Players will line up shoulder to shoulder in alphabetical order by last name. -Players will be in full game uniform, helmet removed, placed in front of player. -Each team AD will exchange team binders. -Each player is verified by laminated registration card to check player to photo. -Player must be on roster provided by AD the Monday before the game. -All equipment is checked for presence and serviceability -Helmet Chinstrap with buckles Mouthpiece All internal pads Facemask with no metal showing Proper Display of X if applicable -Shoulder Pads Secured straps Proper size -7 Pad Set 2 Hip pads 1 Tail pad 2 Thigh pads 2 Knee pads -Cleats No metal showing -Uniform Full coverage of shoulder pads -Individual players return to coaches after they are successfully checked in.

5 Late Check-In: Any player not checked in at time of opening kickoff, will be checked in at halftime. That player will not be able to participate until they have been properly checked in by opponent s AD.
