2 WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY Wednesday, July 15, 2015 ~ Bozeman, MT The undersigned does hereby acknowledge that he/she understands and appreciates the risk and hazards of competing, officiating or other participation in a Pig Wrestling Contest and that there is a possibility of injury. I further acknowledge that with those risks in mind, I have executed this release of liability of my own free will. In consideration of my being allowed to participate in a Pig Wrestling contest, I irrevocably and forever release and discharge the Gallatin County Fair Board, the Pig Suppliers and Gallatin County, Montana its agents, employees, and assigns from all liability to me, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives, for any and all loss or damage, whether to my property or my person, including injury resulting in my death, whether caused by the negligence of the Gallatin County Fair Board or Gallatin County, Montana or otherwise, while I am participating in a Pig Wrestling Contest. I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with said Pig Wrestling Contest and further release the Gallatin County Fair Board and Gallatin County, Montana, its agents, employees and assigns for any harm, injury, or damage which might befall me as a participant including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen. Fair Admission: Adult $8 ~ 6-12 $5 ~ 5 & Under Free Date: Wednesday, July 15, 2015 Location: Anderson Arena Fair Opens: Noon Carnival Opens: 1:00 pm Check-in: 6:15 pm Mandatory Meeting: To follow Event: 7:00 pm Map: Note new parking area of new East Oak Entrance. NO PARKING at Livestock/Contestant Entrance (C Gate) unless previously-issued hang tag. Check-in at red star.

4 RULES Wednesday, July 15, 2015 ~ Bozeman, MT ENTRY DEADLINE Completed forms and fees due by 5 pm on Tuesday, June 30, Teams filled immediately upon receipt first come, first served. a) Complete Entry Form b) Waiver & Release of Liability Form completed & signed c) Full payment of entry fees must be received d) W-9 submitted d) NO EXCEPTIONS Pig Wrestling Rules 1. Teams need to check in at west end of the grandstand by 6:15 pm followed by a MANDATORY contestant meeting. (No others allowed in area). Note: Admission gates will have long lines; we strongly recommend arriving to the Fair by 4:30 pm. 2. Team Captains are responsible for the actions of their four-member team. 3. Each team has 1 minute to put their pig in the barrel. 4. All players must wear shirt, pants and shoes. 5. Begin with 2 players on either side of the gate with one hand on the fence. 6. No player may use gloves, spikes, hooks or any other object to help catch pig. 7. No hitting pig to stun or otherwise harm animal. Any abuse to pig will be automatic disqualification of entire team. 8. Pig must be taken to the barrel in the center of the ring. Barrel may not be taken to the pig. 9. Barrel must be upright and pig must be put in barrel hind-end first. 10. All players must raise both hands in the air to complete the match. 11. Players must stay and help unload pig out of the barrel. 12. The judge s ruling is final. 13. Contestants are NOT allowed in grandstands or restrooms after match. 14. Contestants may use the animal wash rack located at the south end of the horse barns to wash off. 15. Fair admission is required. Payouts 20% to Administration Fees 1 st Place 40% of total amount of the entry fees collected for division 2 nd Place 25% of total amount of the entry fees collected for division 3 rd Place 15% of total amount of the entry fees collected for division Recommendations 1. Costumes and/or team t-shirts are encouraged (find a sponsor). 2. Wear old clothing and shoes. Bring trash bag for soiled clothes. 3. Bring towel and a change of clothing.
