5 H Story **Required** The 4-H story is an opportunity for you to share your experiences in the 4-H program and summarize your years as a 4-H member. While your 4-H story is a record of all your years in 4-H, you should emphasize your experiences during the this 4-H Year. Use your General and Award Summary Forms to help you! Recommended Length First year members: 1 2 pages 2-3 years in 4-H: 1 3 pages 4+ years in 4-H: 2 4 pages We prefer a typed story, but feel free to use page 6 to hand write your story.
