This race is sanctioned by CCC and requires racing licences. owever, day licences will be available online on Zone4 during registration for those who do not have racing licences. Cross Country Canada licence holder will not need to pay the daily licence fee. There are no daily licence fees for categories Midgets and below. Note that the registration fees are payable online and are not refundable. Race Course Courses (color coded) for the races will be posted near the starting plateau. They are also included as an appendix to this document. Timing Results will be posted on the Web Site Bib Draw or the March 24 race, there will be a draw for the starting list for each category using Zone 4. The starting list will be posted on March 23 on Zone 4. Equipment Check Skiers will be subject to random equipment checks to ensure compliance with IS rules. Please take particular note of the rules for maximum pole length for classical technique competitions. Coaches Meeting Saturday, March , at 11:30 in the equipment garage on site. Start Time Saturday, March at 13:00. Bib Availability Pick-up in the equipment garage on site during the coaches meeting on March 24, Please Note Participants must pay a $60 CAD fee for bibs and/or chips timing that are not returned at the end of the race. Awards Medals will be given to the Top 3 of each category for boys and girls. Also ribbons will be given to 4th to 6th positions of each category for boys and girls. Awards will be presented during the banquet after dinner at around 18h30 at the Salle de Chevaliers de Colomb de Sheila (3593 Rue Principale, Tracadie- 4

5 Sheila, NB E1X 1C9). Door prizes will be awarded based on random draws from all participants. Winners must be present at the time of the draw in order to claim prizes or they will be redrawn. Also during that night, with this last NB Cup race CCNB will give the awards to the winner in each category of the 2018 NB Cup series. Also the NB Cup will be award to the club who will have the most point for the NB Cup series. Banquet The banquet will be held at Salle de chevalier de Colomb de Sheila (3593 Rue Principale, Tracadie- Sheila E1X 1C9). Cost for the banquet: adults $20.00 and student $ The banquet will start at 17:30. Tickets will have to be purchased in advance on zone4. Waxing Room A shelter with electricity will be available on site. Ski glide testing area will be available near the starting plateau. irst Aid Will be available on site Parking The parking is near the chalet l Ecopo. Additional parking will be available at Center de Loisirs de Benoit Office (3864 Rue oster, Benoit, NB E1X 1Z9).
