These rights extend an invitation to use the social facilities, changing facilities, launching and jetty facilities; subject to existing Club rules and regulations. Members are invited to compete in all events conducted by the three Clubs however at Clubs of which they are not members they will not be eligible for series points in a season long, point score and pennant series; unless noted otherwise in the Notice of Race. The use of slip facilities at PDYC and TYC is extended to members of the other clubs at non-member rates, fixed by the individual clubs.
