As shown in figure right, divide the gas which is provided from main pipeline into several spur tracks. When you close or adjust several spur track flow rate, the pressure of main pipeline will variable, the KPT signal purge device which is equipped with the spur track can measuring the flow rate and maintain a constant output flowrate. 8 6.2 The special application when outlet pressure is changed liquid level measuring As shown in figure right, when the flowrate which from A is constant, the medium will expel from the pipeline which is insert into the liquid, then form the form air bladder. At the same time, sum pipeline pressure A and B equivalent the liquid pressure B. If the pressure of B is P1, the atmospheric pressure is P0 Then P1P0=ΔP, P1=γh+P0 so P1P0=γh=ΔP So if you know the medium density, using pressure gauge to measure ΔP, you can gain liquid level h. Make sure that magnetic fields caused by other locally installed equipment will not affect measuring results. Installation, insure the flowmeters level off; fastness bracket is required to install the appropriate place. Mounting dimension should not too much or too few, avoid the flowmeters being subjected to any tensile or compressive force stemming. 12 before install meter. 9: Running the KPT series purge device Notice Insure the medium liquid direction is consistent with request direction of purge device.pay more attention to close the entire needle valve when to install the flowmeters.
