Laborious thread connections and tightening of pressure test hoses is no longer needed and intricate testing devices are a thing of the past. Connectors are designed for pressures up to psi bar depending on connection type and test piece. 4 FEMALE/MALE THREADS» WEH Quick Connectors for female / male threads» TW05 For function and pressure tests on components with female thread. Connecting and actuating the test pressure is accomplished by simply sliding the sleeve.» TW17 Quick connector featuring three actuation styles for manual, semi or fully automatic applications, e.g. pressure and function tests on components with female thread from vacuum up to 5,000 psi.» TW18 Identical in construction to the TW17, the WEH TW18 Quick connector is designed for components with male thread. Having the same variety of actuation styles, the TW18 is best suited for testing of engines, cylinders, etc. TW03» TW19 For pneumatic and oil-hydraulic pressure and function testing on components with female thread. A pressure tight connection from vacuum up to 5,000 psi is provided even in cases of high lateral forces, e.g. heavy or rigid hoses.» TW26 For pressure tests on components with female thread. The main advantage of the connector is its compact construction. If the TW26 is to be used as a plug, the lateral media inlet can be sealed. TW04» TW03 / TW04 Finger-tight connector for testing, filling and plugging of components with female thread (TW03) or male thread (TW04) from vacuum up to 5,000 psi. 4

5 » WEH Universal Connectors for threads, beads, tubes, etc. UNIVERSAL» TW800 / TW850 For function tests and pressure tests on components with a bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or male thread. The WEH TW800 is rated for a pressure range of up to max. 725 psi and the WEH TW850 up to max. 9,140 psi.» TW221 For pressure and vacuum tests of straight tubes and bores up to max. 44 psi. The manually operated connector is secured to the component by its connection seal.» TW230 Lever-actuated quick connector for vacuum and pressure tests of straight tubes and bores, e.g. underwater, pressure decay and helium tests up to 1,015 psi.» TW241 For filling and evacuating as well as for pressure and vacuum testing of straight tubes up to 1,015 psi. The TW241 has a wide tolerance band and is also suitable for underwater, pressure decay and helium testing. 5

6 UNIVERSAL» More WEH Universal Connectors for threads, tubes, etc.» TW130 / TW131 / TW132 Multi-function connector for testing components with banjo-type, tube and hose connections with sleeve nuts, etc. Depending on the type, the connector is available with pneumatic (TW130 / TW132) or manual actuation (TW131) and rated for high pressure up to max. 5,000 psi (TW130) or low pressure up to max. 725 psi (TW131 / TW132). TW131 TW130 TW132» TW141 For pressure-tight connections on straight tubes, e.g. leak testing of heat exchangers and filling of closed cooling circuits with refrigerants. Also available as an extended version for difficult-to-access tubes.» TW01 For pressure tests and vacuum tests in straight tubes, bores and components with female thread up to 130 psi. The TW01 provides leaktight sealing on uneven and rough surfaces. The connector must be secured with a fixture.» TW02 For pressure tests and vacuum tests on straight tubes, hoses and components with male thread. The TW02 reliably seals up to 510 psi. The connector and the test piece must be secured with a fixture, except for vacuum applications. 6
