V6W 1K3 (Tel: ) 12 noon 12:45 p.m. and during mid-meet Break 12:45 p.m. Shallow tank Michelle Finlan and Fernanda Ho Pool/Facility: Rules: Eligibility: eight (8) 2.5m wide lanes, 50m competition pool, electronic timing MSC rules and warm-up procedures and the BC Swim Technical Guide will be in effect. Open to any registered Canadian and International Masters swimmer who is a current member of a recognized masters swim club or affiliation (written confirmation of affiliation may be required for international masters swimmers and, if required, shall form part of the registration package.) Meet Qualifying Standards: There are no qualifying standards to swim in the Meet. Registration Limit: Registration is limited to 200 swimmers; Each swimmer may register for a maximum of four (4) individual events; relays are additional; The Meet Management reserves the right to limit the number of heats per event and/or re-schedule events, as may be necessary. Registration Fee: CAN$40.00 per swimmer

2 (for paper registrations: Canadian swimmers shall provide a Canadian bank cheque or bank draft made payable to Winskill Otters Masters Swim Club ; international swimmers shall provide a Canadian dollar bank draft made payable to Winskill Otters Masters Swim Club ) Registration Deadlines: Paper: Completed registration forms together with payment (the registration package ) must be received on or before Saturday, November 28, 2015 (please allow sufficient time for snail mail ); Mail registration package to: Fernanda Ho, Co Meet Manager Lansdowne Road Richmond, British Columbia V6X 3L6 CANADA (cell: ) Acceptance of an incomplete registration package is not guaranteed. (registration form is attached to this Meet Package) On-line: at 23:59 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 No individual late entries nor individual deck entries shall be accepted. Refunds: No refund(s) shall be allowed after the registration deadline(s). Psych Sheets: Swimmers shall enter a seed time for each event; NT s not accepted; Psych sheets shall be posted on the Meet website as soon as possible following the on-line registration deadline; Coaches and/or swimmers are hereby requested to review all entries, and to report discrepancies, if any, to the Co Meet Manager(s) (by ) no later than 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2015 for seeding purposes. Heat Sheets: Heat Sheets shall be posted on the Meet website on Friday, December 4, Coaches and/or swimmers are encouraged to print out their own Heat Sheets or to use their Iphones for this purpose; only a limited number of hard copies shall be available at the Meet. Relays: There shall be no duplication of swimmers within a relay event, viz. if a swimmer is swimming in an all-female team or all-male team in a relay event, then that swimmer shall not swim in a mixed relay team in that same relay event (or viceversa); Relay cards with name, age and gender shall be handed to the Clerk of Course for events 2 and 11 A, B, C no later than 20 minutes after the start of the first warm-up; for event 12 A, B, C no later than the start of event 6; for event 19 A, B, C no later than 10 minutes after the

3 start of the mid-meet Break and second warm-up; (Although relay cards shall be available at the Meet, these cards are also attached to this Meet Package; it would be helpful if these cards can be printed, completed and submitted to the Clerk of Course before the start of the first warm-up.) Event m freestyle: all swimmers shall check in no later than the start of event 12 A, B, C; final heat sheets shall be posted as soon as possible thereafter; this event may be swum with two (2) swimmers of the same gender per lane, and in this regard, only front crawl shall be permitted. Awards: Records: Parking: Lockers: Concession: Each swimmer shall receive a Participation Certificate with a label for each event swum. It is necessary to inform the Meet Management of record attempts. Record attempt slips shall be picked up from the Clerk of Course and handed to the timer. Record submission sheets can be picked up from the Clerk of Course for completion and thereafter shall be returned for submission by the Meet Management. On-site FREE parking Coin-operated lockers are available in the change rooms and are emptied at the end of the day.
