1 1. DOUBLE OAKS GOLF CLUB, INC., WILL NOT PROVIDE A LIFE GUARD AT ANY TIME. 2. ALL MEMBERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, AND GUESTS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK. 3. Children (under 18) shall not use the swimming pool or facilities without an adult present. 4. Use of the swimming pool by a sole individual without the presence of other adults is prohibited. 5. Members, member s family, and their guests are the only individuals permitted to use the swimming pool and area. 6. All guests must be accompanied by a member or family member. 7. All swimmers shall shower before entering the pool. 8. No alcohol purchased off Double Oaks Golf Club, Inc., premises may be brought to the swimming pool area. (Jackson County Alcohol Ordinance). Beer may be purchased from proshop. 9. Appropriate swim wear must be worn by members, family members, and guests who are incontinent, who are not yet toilet trained, or who are otherwise lacking voluntary control of kidney and bowel function. 10. Wet bathing suits or wet swimming apparel are not to be worn anywhere other than in the swimming pool and swimming pool area. 11. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. (The pool, deck, changing facilities) 12. No food, drink, or paper products shall be permitted within ten (10) feet of the swimming pool. 13. There will be no running, rough play, or horseplay allowed in the swimming pool and pool area. 14. There shall be no spitting, spouting of water from the mouth, blowing of the nose allowed in the swimming pool. 15. No person with an open wound or area of the body that is bleeding shall be allowed in the pool. 16. Bathing suits are required; no cut off shorts shall be allowed in the pool or pool area.

2 cont'd 17. No swimming when thunder can be heard or lightening can be seen in the vicinity of the swimming pool area. 18. If a member and family members have 4 or more guests, a party of this size shall require a private party rental. 19. Members and family members must have their membership card with them at the pool at all times. Members may be asked to present this card to verify membership. 20. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF THE SWIMMING POOL (SWIMMING POOL AREA) IS 50 PEOPLE. 21. Immediate family members (living with pool member) cannot be guests. 22. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO HEAD-FIRST DIVING INTO THE POOL. 23. Because of the limited depth of the pool in certain area, head-first diving could result in head or neck injuries. 24. Fecal Response: In the event fecal matter is deposited in any matter whatsoever in the swimming pool, then: (a) The pool shall be totally evacuated immediately. (b) The pool shall remain closed until further notice. (c) It is the responsibility of members, family members, and guests to remove as much of the fecal matter as possible. (d) Any member, family member, or guest observing fecal matter shall notify management immediately. 25. No loud speakers, televisions, phonographs, cd players, ipods, radios, or other sound devises shall be used in a manner so as to become a nuisance for the other members, family members, and guests using the pool and pool area or the golfers on the course. No radios or cd players shall be allowed in the pool area. Only ipods (or similar devices) will be allowed and must be listened to through ear buds. 26. Double Oaks Golf Club, Inc., may amend, modify, delete, or add new or additional reasonable rules and regulations for the use and care of the swimming pool and swimming pool area. 27. No pets of any kind shall be allowed in the swimming pool or swimming pool area. The term pet includes, but is not limited to: dogs, cats, birds, snakes, hamsters, etc. 28. No cooking of any kind allowed.

3 29. Shower will not be used for storage of pool toys. All pool toys, goggles, etc will be thrown away each night. Please take all pool accessories with you when you leave. 30. Pool members and their guests are allowed in the fenced pool area and parking lot only. No one is permitted on the golf course, at the course lakes, or on the pool retaining wall. 31. Appropriate attire required when visiting the pro shop or driving range. 32. Pool closings will be posted at the pool and on the website: The pool may be closed early due to events that are being held at the community building or for private pool parties. Make sure to check the website for updated pool schedule. 33. Pool has limited seating. Members and guests are welcome to bring their own seating while using the pool. 34. New Pool Hours: Sun Fri: 10:00 am 8:00 pm (unless posted) Sat: 10:00 am 3:00 pm (unless posted)

4 cont d POOL PARTIES 1. The pool area and pool will be open between the hours of M-F: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. & Saturdays 10:00 am 3:00 pm, except by special permission of Double Oaks Golf Club, Inc. 2. Notice of pool parties will be posted. 3. Pool Party Rental is for inside the pool area only. 4. The pool may be rented for private parties only after 4:00 p.m., at $40.00 per hour, with a minimum of three hours and a maximum of four hours. Non-member family members shall pay $75.00 for the first hour and $40.00 per hour thereafter, for a minimum of three hours. These private parties may be allowed on any weekday, but not on any holiday as defined by the United States Code. 5. The swimming pool and pool area must be left clean and all trash picked up and disposed of in an appropriate manner. 6. For all pool parties, the deposit of $ as a Security/clean-up fee will be refunded to the applicant if the swimming pool and pool area are left clean and orderly (all trash removed, tables clean, and cement deck of pool washed off) water hose and pool scoop available for clean-up use; no damage to pool/pool area and all rules/regulations followed. 7.
