2 Regular Pool Party Package Require minimum of 10 persons and over. Days Available: Sunday thru Thursday (Upon Availability) Times Available: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM Package includes the following: 3 pieces of pizza per person 16 oz. of pop per person A pool side room and use of the sea slide courtyard facilities for a four hour period for change purpose only. *This price applies to all Adults and Children attending the event (whether swimming or not, all attendees must be paid registered guests) Price $22.95 per person inclusive of taxes *All Children under 3 years old no charge.

3 Requirements We require a guaranteed number of guests, including all attendees (adults and children even if they are not swimming), in attendance, 3 days (72 hours) prior to the date of the function. Your billing is based on the guaranteed number and is not subject to change unless your actual number is greater than the prior guarantee. You will be issued bracelets for each person in attendance these must be worn while in courtyard area, whether swimming or not. No one without a bracelet will be allowed in the courtyard area. In order to confirm your event we request a 50% deposit that is transferable, but non refundable 72 hours prior to the event. We request at least one week notice of cancellation to allow other clientele an opportunity to book and enjoy our facility. The final amount must be paid on the day of the event. Please refer to pool function agreement for the date the deposit is required.

4 The pool area is an extension of our licensed dining room, therefore, the Best Western Seven Oaks Inn shall be the sole provider of all food and beverages in the sea slide courtyard area. However, given that we do not offer birthday cakes on our regular menu, we have made an exception and will allow you to bring in your own cake for your function. Upon arriving on the day of your event you will receive a key to your room. You have to enter to the room via the hallway entrance first, then access the swimming pool via your room. All your guests must enter the pool area from inside of the room. If your group is not arriving all at once, please inform them of this procedure. There is no direct access for guests to the pool area. A room with access to the pool area is provided as a change area and to store your personal belongings only..

5 There is a pool attendant on duty, but no lifeguard. For the safety of all in the courtyard area, this person will assist with traffic control, enforcing the rules and cleaning. Please ensure your attendees follow any directions given. Actual supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian or chaperones. Our pool is closed between 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM and 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM, the pool will be closed for chemical testing and treatment of water. No one is allowed in the water during these times.

6 1. No lifeguard on duty 2. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult 3. Bathing suit must be worn during swimming, no t-shirts or street clothing allowed inside the pool (some exceptions) 4. No horseplay or running on the deck 5. Life preserving devices (life jackets and/or water wings) are allowed in the pool. 6. Toys are not allowed inside pool. 7. No diving 8. All guests must have a wrist band while in the Courtyard 9. Pets are not allowed in the courtyard area 10. No glass or alcohol containers in the courtyard area 11. No portable coolers or ice chests in courtyard area

7 1. Slide at your own risk 2. One person at a time 3. Wait for the person in front of you to reach the marked point before proceeding 4. No training (more than one person at a time), chains (same as training) or doubles going down the slide at once. 5. Registered paid guests only visitors not allowed in area.
