2 SWIMMING WA CONFERENCE PRESENTERS Jacco Verhaeren is a Dutch swimming coach. On October 17, 2013 Verhaeren was named the Head Coach of the Australian swimming team. He was formerly the sporting director of the Dutch swimming team and is best known for guiding Pieter van den Hoogenband and Inge de Bruijn to Olympic gold medals. Bud McAllister coached America s Janet Evans to four Olympic titles and six world records. More recently, Jazmin Carlin became the British Champion in the 400m FS while being coached by Bud McAllister at the Swansea Intensive Training Centre in the UK. Bud arrived in Australia in April 2014 to take up Head Coach position at the WAIS Northern High Performance Training Centre. Toby Jenkins is co-author of Web Marketing That Works. He is CEO of Bluewire Media, a keynote speaker and Olympic Water Polo player. With his business partner Adam Franklin, Toby co-created 33 free web marketing templates which have been seen by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Specialising in grants, tenders and funding consultancy, Keith Whelan provides high level assistance to businesses, Local, State and Federal Government, not for profit organisations and private enterprises, in planning for and accessing extra income streams Malcolm is a speaker, MC and Corporate Comedian with over 20 years experience in presenting to diverse, wonderful and stimulating audiences. Despite never learning how to swim as a child due to somewhat odd obsession with cricket, his four children thankfully swim like fish and he has a healthy respect and admiration for the fantastic job people involved with Swimming WA do each and every day. (He never did open the bowling for Australia but in hindsight he certainly wishes he had learnt to swim!)
