4 MEETINGS AT LEANDER On the Thames at Henley, Leander Club provides an stimulating and picturesque setting for meetings and small conferences. Leander won 12 medals in Rio, taking the total number of Olympic medals won by Leander athletes since 1908 to 123. Just one hour from London and easily accessible from Reading, Oxford, Bracknell and Maidenhead, Leander s warm and attentive service within a members club dedicated to GB rowing success, is why companies and trade associations keep returning for their meetings, small conferences, seminars and workshops. Leander offers a choice of rooms and flexible layouts suitable for a range of events from delegates. Our 11 comfortable en-suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished with rowing themes for those delegates who have far to travel. Add on a Leander Rowing Experience and you have an inspiring and welcoming package at the spiritual home of world rowing. When your delegates arrive, they will be struck by 200 years of rowing history and success when they leave they will take away memories of a unique and privileged experience.

5 FLEXIBLE MEETING SPACES TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS Leander has five flexible meeting spaces to suit your needs REGATTA ROOM This impressive Boardroom with wireless HDMI or VGA link to 60 HD screen, Starleaf AV and conference phone, is ideal for formal meetings for up to 18 delegates. DINING ROOM Up to 60 delegates can be accommodated comfortably, either theatre or banqueting-style, in the air-conditioned Dining Room which overlooks the river. BALCONY Overlooking the river, the interconnecting air conditioned Balcony provides an attractive private dining space for up to 30 delegates. When opened up, the Dining Room and Balcony together can accommodate a maximum of 100 delegates for a small conference, with light refreshments served at the back of the room. ETON ROOM With a panoramic view of the river, the air-conditioned Eton Room is ideal for meetings for up to 15 delegates, or as a break-out room. LIBRARY Leander s library with built-in wireless, HDMI or VGA linked 50 screen, holds the most historic and extensive range of rowing books in the world an inspiring environment for small meetings and break-outs.
