Nominees must have a minimum of five (5) championships, two (2) of which must be actual (scratch) championships from one of the following: (a) the Indy USBC Association Open Championship (formerly known as the "GIBA Indianapolis Open Tournament"); or (b) the Indy USBC Association Women's Championship Tournament (formerly known as the "Indianapolis Women's Bowling Association City Tournament"); and 2. Nominees must have participated in a minimum of ten (10) Indy USBC Association certified tournaments (any combination of GIBA, IWBA, Women's, Men's or Open) unless the Nominee's career has been interrupted or shortened due to illness or injury.
