Annual Registration requires the following to be filled out and signed once per season (included in this packet): o Athlete contact information o Travel Authorization (the USBC s version of a liability waiver) o Junior Gold Annual Membership and fee o If you don t already have one. o $10 for U12; $30 for everyone else. o Pay by credit card on the form is easiest, but we can take cash/checks (Payable to IBC Youth ). o Bowler s Pledge o Parent/Guardian s Pledge Also, get a copy and review the rules, FAQ and season schedule. Tournament Registration o Sign-in on the clipboard at the registration desk o Pay your entry fee (Cash or check to GYBT ) o Lane assignments will be announced ~5 minutes after registration closes. o Go bowl!

4 Bowler s Pledge Participating in youth bowling leagues and competitions should demonstrate high standards of ethics and sportsmanship. It also should promote the development of good character and other important life skills. Through bowling, important life lessons can be learned through pursuing victories, small and large, with honor. For that reason, I will be accountable for my words and actions and promise: I will at all times be trustworthy, fulfilling commitments to the league, being present and on time and make arrangements so that my teammates know they can rely on me I will treat all people coaches, parents, bowling center employees, and league officials with respect, even if I disagree with their words or actions I will play and compete with class, be a good sport and will compliment outstanding performances, whether they are by my team or an opposing team or individual I will engage only in respectful conduct on the lanes. I will avoid using profanity, obscene gestures, offensive remarks, trash-talking, or other actions that put down other individuals or the sport of bowling I will exercise self-control and avoid excessive anger or frustrations, even when I am not bowling as well as I think I can I will participate in this sport according to the rules I will help my teammates to participate and compete to the fullest of their ability, providing positive encouragement when necessary I will report any unsafe or dangerous behavior to a coach, parent or league official as needed. I will always try my best to succeed, knowing that success is not determined through victories, but in making efforts to improve my bowling game and in having fun with my teammate.
