Upon inspection I found the sewer line in the basement is open. Several open junction boxes. Outlets were added throughout the home that do not meet code. The dryer is not wired or vented properly. No carbon monoxide detectors were found in the house. One of the bedrooms did not have a smoke detector. There was also no heat to the house. The rear door to the house does not seal properly.
