When: Where: Monday, October 15, 2018 at around 07:30 p.m. South Carolina Primary Highway 146 (Woodruff Road) in Greenville County, South Carolina Vehicle / Suspect Information: Burgundy in color, four door sedan, with damage to the front and/or driver s side area of the vehicle.
