Answ ered: 5 Skipped: 1 # Responses Date 1 Keep up the great work 5/23/ :01 AM 2 It went great 5/22/ :58 AM 3 Don't have it coincide with the Dave Matthews concert. Family-friendly activities in Town Center (Market Street, Waterway, etc.) 4 Is there any way to limit the number of overlapping events, such as Woodlands HS Prom, major Concerts, etc? It causes major transportation issues, and complaints for getting into restaurants in a timely manner. Maybe consider providing transportation for the participants on the day of the event to the start location as we had many requests and parking then was an issue for everyone. 5/21/2014 5:38 PM 5/21/2014 3:50 PM 5 Will be great for us (hotels) when it moves to April, it's great in May but will be better in April 5/21/2014 3:44 PM 7 / 10

Answ ered: 4 Skipped: 2 # Responses Date 1 No yet, our survey will not show up until next week 5/22/ :58 AM 2 Majority always seem pleased with the event. 5/21/2014 5:38 PM 3 complaints for getting into restaurants in a timely manner. Maybe consider providing transportation for the participants on the day of the event to the start location as we had many requests and parking then was an issue for everyone. We did hear some positive feedback on how well the event and participants are welcomed into the community as they have not experienced that in most other cities. 4 Received many surveys with all 10's and we have already started rebooking guests who stayed with us 5/21/2014 3:50 PM 5/21/2014 3:44 PM 8 / 10

20 Ironman Texas Response Survey Q6 Do you have any suggestions or comments for next year's Ironman event? Answ ered: 26 Skipped: 11 # Responses Date 1 I'd like to know how to build more awareness in order to perform more pre race stretching and massage. The expo days are very slow for us and we pay our therapists to be there and do mostly sitting around. 5/28/ :49 PM 2 We should have lots of blankets for runners. 5/28/ :18 AM 3 No, what can we do to change things? 5/24/2014 1:14 PM 4 I really haven't thought a lot about this.... I realize there's a need for diverse community activities. 5/23/2014 7:46 PM 5 Implement designated parking areas, to not only help out the people participating/cheering but those that work in Market Woodlands 6 The overall event is wonderful for the community and Market Street gains both negative and positive impact from the event. I would like to see a greater presence of security personnel / volunteers nearest Town Green Park on Friday (Bike Load In) with a more organized effort on how and where athletes should drive up for drop off. I'm happy to work with Scott and his team on this. 5/23/2014 5:50 PM 5/23/ :29 AM 7 Not really. The traffic around the mall will just be an issue that we have to plan for. 5/23/2014 7:55 AM 8 No, I think it is great for the community 5/22/2014 3:45 PM 9 Here at the mall we were aware of the event but customers were still not. more new updates for the customers would be nice. 5/22/2014 1:23 PM 10 Better parking for contestants and spectators 5/22/ :16 AM 11 Great event 5/22/ :56 AM 12 Have a small area of Ironman vendors or event area at Market Street to keep visitors eating and shopping here. 5/22/ :31 AM 13 Traffic congestion results in reduction in sales. Located in Pinecroft lot outside mall. 5/22/2014 8:24 AM 14 No 5/21/ :26 PM 15 Yes, to have the outskirts as the path - i.e., , etc. or Lake Conroe area. 5/21/2014 8:49 PM 16 Many Pines street & Woodlands PKWY should remain clear & open to traffic both directions. 5/21/2014 6:26 PM 17 no 5/21/2014 5:39 PM 18 Parking is issue 5/21/2014 4:58 PM 19 Do not cover trash cans along waterway. Bring in employees to perform upkeep. 5/21/2014 4:07 PM 20 Have signage posted all over the intersections about directional traffic a week prior to the race 5/21/2014 4:03 PM 21 Hopefully, it will not be compounded by road construction. 5/21/2014 4:00 PM 22 We would like to have an Iron Man Menu available and promote within the event 5/21/2014 3:47 PM 23 Too many other events that same day - Proms, Concerts etc. who wants to try to go anywhere 5/21/2014 3:44 PM 24 Would it be possible for our business to block a few parking spaces for our guest? That way they are not forced to miss/be late/cancel appointments. 5/21/2014 3:33 PM 25 Don't have it during Prom season! 5/21/2014 3:33 PM 26 Create paths for pedestrians that do not interfere with runner's paths. I had a situation trying to cross timberloch with runners. There was an easy fix to it had there been someone instructing pedestrians where to walk. Instead, pedestrians were allowed to walk on any side of the road and cross through the paths... I know this has to be the case in some areas. But there are plenty of areas to reduce that. 5/21/2014 3:29 PM 6 / 12
21 Ironman Texas Response Survey Q7 Did you reveive any customer feedback about the event that you would like to share with us? Answ ered: 21 Skipped: 16 # Responses Date 1 The Ironman participants love having us there and appreciate us very much and its a feel good way to volunteer in our community 5/28/ :49 PM 2 Everyone was very grateful for our services. 5/28/ :18 AM 3 Customers were not happy to go into the traffic on race day, Saturday. 5/24/2014 1:14 PM 4 Some complaints were voiced about road/traffic conditions. I didn't inquire regarding the specifics. Additionally, some complaints were about the traffic during the week before the event. I could imagine what a right response would be.... 5/23/2014 7:46 PM 5 NA 5/23/2014 5:50 PM 6 Friday - parking chaos by 1/2 the retailers were vented through our office. Saturday - negative impact on sales due to road closures in and around The Woodlands. Channel 2 news stated on at least 2 broadcasts to "stay away from The Woodlands". 5/23/ :29 AM 7 Had some people say that they really enjoyed the event. 5/23/2014 7:55 AM 8 no 5/22/2014 3:45 PM 9 from the people here for the event loves the area and want to keep coming back. Guest that live here not so much 5/22/2014 1:23 PM 10 No parking 5/22/ :16 AM 11 no 5/22/ :31 AM 12 Some of our guest said it was difficult to get to us so they stayed away on Saturday and waited to attend our establishment once Ironman was over. 13 Ironman participants blow thru red lights and stop signs in the days before the event while out riding their bikes creating a dangerous situation. 5/22/2014 9:50 AM 5/22/2014 5:40 AM 14 None 5/21/ :26 PM 15 Some said they wish they would do this elsewhere as the crowds and street closings are an inconvenience to the residents. 16 It was not an easy drive to The Mall (race day). Streets were blocked & congested. It took more than 2 hours to get here from Magnolia. At 2:00pm Saturday, FM149 was a mess, you needed more than 30 minutes to cross the intersection, no other route to take. 5/21/2014 8:49 PM 5/21/2014 6:26 PM 17 no 5/21/2014 5:39 PM 18 None. 5/21/2014 4:00 PM 19 A few phone calls saying it was too much trouble to come to class. 5/21/2014 3:44 PM 20 The only thing was traffic around market street and the hard time our guest had finding parking. 5/21/2014 3:33 PM 21 Yes a lot of cancelations because they were stuck in traffic. 5/21/2014 3:33 PM 7 / 12
