Team Information 1. Accreditation The accreditation takes place at the so-called WM Halle, Mösererstr. 632, 6100 Seefeld. For the pick up time you will find a reserved parking area. After picking up your accreditations we kindly ask you to park your car at the designated parking areas! 2. Sub Race Office The Race Office is located at the Casino Arena in the main building. Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13) Booking according the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system If already information before the preliminary entry fate are known, this would be very helpful for the tourist board accommodation team: weltcup@seefeld.com The OC offers following accommodation (full board included): Three star next to the venue: approx.85 CHF per person in double room, 95 CHF single. Four-star hotel next to the venue: approx.100 CHF per person in double room, 110 CHF single. Additional information about the accommodation will be given to the teams after receiving preliminary entry and accommodation request. Hotel options: We are happy to organise the best hotel for you! Please let us know your preferred hotel, the travel dates and the number of guests until the 04.12.2017. Hard deadline: 18.12.2017!!! 4. Transport Official airport: Innsbruck Shuttle service: We will organise shuttle services from/to the airport for you but to help us plan, please contact the Race Office early enough to register for a 51
shuttle! Shuttle hotel to venue: We are pleased to offer you a shuttle service for all athletes, trainers and officials from the hotel to the venue and back. Please just order your shuttle bus at the race office. Driving directions for teams arriving by car: From South/East: A12, exit Zirl Ost, continue on the B177 over the Zirler Berg, take exit Seefeld South. Drive past the lake and turn left at the Hotel Bergland. Continue on through the tunnel until the intersection at the WM-Halle. Turn left in the direction of Mösern. Follow the road until the big spectator parking lot. From West: A12, exit Telfs Ost, continue on Hans-Liebherr-Straße, at the roundabout, take the first exit and drive over the Telfer Berg through Mösern. Stay on the Möserer Dorfstraße, you ll see the spectator parking lot on the right side. From North: take the Bundesstraße Garmisch (tollfree), drive through Scharnitz and stay on the B177. Take the exit Seefeld Nord and stay on the Müchnerstraße until the intersection at Hotel Central. Turn right and drive on until you see the Stern Residenz. Turn left and continue on past the Seefelder Seekirchl. At the intersection at the WM-Halle, follow the signs to the spectator parking lot. 5. Payments Accommodation costs: The Team Captain must get in contact with the accommodation office. There he/she will receive an actualized voucher with the calculated and paid quota by the organizer (ÖSV). Over quota costs and extras must be paid directly by the team itself in their team hotel in cash or by credit card. Way of payment: All payments will be done by bank transfer 6. Waxing Facilities Wax cabins: Every nation is assigned a waxing cabin by the organiser. The keys can be picked up from the competition office, a 50 deposit must be made. Please be aware that teams arriving with a wax truck will not receive any wax cabin but only changing space according to the FIS rules. Cabins are available from 22th of January 2018. Parking space: Just one car per team is allowed to park in the Casino Arena. A second car per nation can be parked at the new team parking lot which is located near the Finnish house (the old accreditation). A shuttle service from parking lot directly to the Arena is available. It is also possible to get a shuttle service from directly from your hotel to the venue! 7. Radio Equipment Regulations The use of radio equipment in Austria regulated by national law. If your radio isn t already registered with the Race Office, please go to the Race Office to obtain the necessary registration forms! 8. Visa Regulations Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa to visiting Austria. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for Austria.
