Only animals with original registration papers, delayed certification transfer of ownership (dated within 90 days of the show), or progeny verification forms will be allowed to show. Check-in will be Friday 5pm-6:30pm, with show starting at 7pm. Saturday check-in will be from 9am to 9:30 with show starting at 10am. Sunday check-in from 9:00 to 10:00 with a 10:00 start time. Health Check: Do not bring animals with obvious signs of illness (runny nose, visible sores, lice, diarrhea, etc.) Health checks will be performed by CPGA members. No refunds for failed vet checks.

Entry Fees: $10.00 per animal, per day. CPGA members receive a $1.00 per entry discount. Entries due November 17, 2018 Entries postmarked after November 18 th will be charged a late fee of $3.00. Only changes within the same class will be accepted without the late fee. There will be no refunds given for any reason unless severe hardship. Showmanship is $3.00 per class per show. Payment in full must be sent with entry. We are not able to accept CPGA free pen/class coupons for this show. WETHER JACKPOT: We are offering jackpots for each Best Wether and Reserve Best Wether for each show. Cost is $5.00 per animal/per class/per show. While we don t require registration papers for wethers to show, in order to win Best or Reserve Best Wether and to record the win per NPGA guidelines, registration paperwork will be checked. Please return signed entries with full payment to: Robin Norman 22805-133 rd St. Ct. E. Orting, WA 98360 Pens: $12 per pen for the weekend. Pen sizes are 6X8. Pen fee INCLUDES SHAVINGS ONLY. Please bring straw, if you prefer, and netting for small kids. (The fairgrounds charge $12 per pen, so we felt this would be the most economical plan for exhibitors.) Please bring plenty of feed/supplies for your goats as there will be none available onsite. Closest feed store is Farmland Feed & Garden 9000 Silverdale Way NW 360-337-5350. PLEASE ENSURE CORRECT NUMBERS ARE WORN IN ALL CLASSES! We like to be able to record your wins properly so your names appear in the Memo!! Raffle: We will be having a raffle to help offset some of the show expenses. Pre-paid tickets are 4 for $1.00. Tickets purchased at the show will be 3 for $1.00. Raffle item donations are appreciated! Advertisement/Sponsorship: Please consider sponsoring a class or sending in an ad for our program. Class sponsors will receive a free business card ad PLEASE SEND BUSINESS CARD WITH ENTRY! Advertisement fees: Business card ads $5.00, Half page ads $10.00, Full page ads for $20.00. Sponsorship fees are $15.00 for regular classes, $20.00 for championship classes. Accommodations: The Best Western (Silverdale Beach Hotel) 3703 NW Bucklin Hill Rd. Silverdale, WA 98383. Call 360-698-1000 to reserve your room(s) ASAP! We have a block of rooms booked at the rate of $118.94 + tax per night for Double room (no view). $128.94 + tax for Double room (with view). All rooms include breakfast for two. Make sure to mention the CPGA Goat Show to get the discount. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for pets. Special rates are good through November 12th. RV hook-ups are available at the fairgrounds, cost is $25.00 per night, please contact the fairgrounds at: 360-337-5350. Friday night Potluck: Friday night we will be having a comfort food potluck from 5pm-6:30pm. Please bring a warm main dish, bread, salad or dessert. Doe only show will start at 7pm. Santa s Banquet and Gift Exchange: Saturday night, 7pm at Azteca 2936 Bucklin Hill Rd., WA 98632. Please bring a wrapped gift ($10-$15) to participate in the fun event.

Last but not least, there will be NO HEAT in the barn, so PLEASE make sure you dress warm, pack your gloves, blankets and bring hand warmers! If you are bringing young goat kids, we suggest warming lights and perhaps a small kennel where they can curl up and stay warm. Let s hope for a mild weather weekend!
