By the filing of your entry, you indicate your acceptance of all our show rules and the rules of the ARBA, which govern this, show (sec. 45-46 exhibitors rules of ARBA). 2. This is a Rocky Mountain High Shows, sanctioned show. By the filing of your entry, you indicate your acceptance of all show rules. ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH SHOWS, INC. PROHIBITS ANY RABBITS UNDER THE AGE OF SIX (6) WEEKS OLD TO BE ON THE PREMISES OF A SANCTIONED SHOW FOR ANY PURPOSE. 3. Judging will start promptly at 8:30 AM. Exhibitors are expected to be in the showroom and entries paid by 8:00 AM. 4. All animals showing signs of disease shall be removed from the showroom (sec. 31 show sponsor rules of ARBA). For the wellbeing of all animals, any occurrence of a communicable disease, virus or parasite will be reported to the Show Superintendent. Entries in subsequent shows for that animal, for that day, will automatically be scratched without refund. 5. No one is allowed in the judging area except for show officials and assistants. Absolutely NO interference with judges or judging will be tolerated. ARBA provides specific guidelines for protests. Any emergencies or concerns/complaints should be directed to Show Officials. Show Committee decisions will be final. Please remember that the judge s results are their subjective opinions, so please be courteous to them, as well as other exhibitors. PPRBA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON OR PERSONS CAUSING A PROBLEM. 6. ENTRY FEES: See individual rabbit entry forms for proper fees. All fees are per show per class, per animal. This is a Triple Open and Youth Show. All Entries MUST be completely filled out (Name, Mailing address, and Phone). Please remember to indicate entry in both shows if you wish to exhibit in both. Mail entries to the show secretary listed on the proper entry form. Entry fees must accompany your mailed entry. Mail-in entries without payment will not be processed. E-mail entries are due no later than November 6 by 10 P.M. Payment for emailed entries is due by start of the show. PPRBA reserves the right to request payment for emailed entries that do not show up or are scratched from the show. 7. PPRBA reserves the right to call entrants collect if their entry is incomplete or unclear. Changes to previously submitted entries will be changed before start of show. This would include any "Out of Class" changes, such as Buck to Doe, Senior to Junior, etc. No out of class changes will be accepted after start of show. Check your entries. NO EXCEPTIONS! 8. There will be a $35.00 service charge for all returned checks. Entrants having a returned check may be asked to have cash, money order, or certified funds for future PPRBA shows. Reports will not be sent to the exhibitor, ARBA or RMHS until full payment and service charges are received. 9. SUBSTITUTIONS will be allowed in the SAME BREED, CLASS, VARIETY AND SEX ONLY. Substitutions will be taken at the time the rabbit is brought to the table to be shown; it is the exhibitor s responsibility to advise the show personnel of the changes before judging of the class begins. 10. All rabbit must have a PERMANENT, LEGIBLE EAR MARK in the left ear, or they will be eliminated from the competition. 11. Youth Exhibitors may enter Youth Shows through the age of 18 years. Adults cannot show in Youth Shows. Youth may show in

Open Shows, but may not enter the same rabbit in both Open and Youth Classes in the same show. Youth may enter both Open and Youth classes with different animals. YOUTH EXHIBITS MUST BE PUT ON THE TABLE BY A YOUTH. Please specify Open or Youth on your entries, under the columns for Show A or Show B. 12. Exhibitors will be responsible for getting their rabbits to the judging tables as soon as the classis called. Rabbits will be called three (3) times; if not on the table after the final call the class will be closed. THERE WILL BE NO REJUDGING OF A CLASS. Also, please keep your area clean during the show and clean up before you leave. 13. All rights are reserved by PPRBA to substitute judges in any event. The Show Superintendent reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary. The Judging Order will be posted the day of the show and will not be known prior to the show. OUR POLICY: All breeds will be asked to furnish their own ramrods and writers 14. No awards or remark cards will be mailed. Please pick these up at the end of the class during the show. 15. Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO DOGS will be allowed in the showroom. Please keep control of minors that you are responsible for. Any damages will be at your expense. Misconduct may result in removal from the showroom and all entries will be forfeited. 16. Pikes Peak Rabbit Breeders Association, or the owner, agent, organization or the show facility, or any other related organization will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any type of loss or injury due to fire, theft, accident, or providential destruction under any circumstances; to any person, animal, or personal property,(whether owned, borrowed, or rented). 17. Pikes Peak RBA reserves the right to remove anyone for any reason from the showroom or to refuse an entry. Anyone removed from the showroom will forfeit all awards and no refund of entry fees will be given.
