Only animals with original registration papers, delayed certification transfer of ownership (dated within 90 days of the show), or progeny verification forms will be allowed to show. No papers required for wethers. Check-in will be Friday until 6:00 for youth show and 8:00 for others. Saturday check-in will be from 8:30 to 9:30 with show starting at 9:30. Sunday check-in from 9:00 to 10:00 with a 10:00 start time. Health Check: Do not bring animals with obvious signs of illness (runny nose, visible sores, lice, diarrhea, etc.) Health checks will be performed by CPGA members. No refunds for failed vet checks. Entry Fees: $9.00 per animal, per show. $10.00 for non members. Entries due October 5th, 2018 Entries postmarked after October 5th will be charged a late fee of $3.00. Only changes within the same class will be accepted without the late fee. There will be no refunds given for any reason unless severe hardship. Showmanship and youth entries are $3.00 per class per show. Payment in full must be sent with entry.

Please return signed entries with full payment to: Jerrod Alcaida 1056 Nootka Dr Fox Island, WA 98333 Pens: $7.00 per pen for the weekend. Pen sizes are 6X6 and 6X8. Pen fee includes cleaning & bedding. Please bring netting for small kids. Youth Classes: There will be a youth sanctioned show on Friday evening, start time roughly 6:00. Type classes only, Showmanship will be held Saturday morning. Trophies and goodies will be awarded. PLEASE ENSURE CORRECT NUMBERS ARE WORN IN ALL CLASSES Raffle: We will be having a raffle to help offset some of the show expenses. Pre -paid tickets are 4 for $1.00. Tickets purchased at the show will be 3 for $1.00. Raffle item donations are appreciated! Oktoberfest Prize Wheel: This is only available for Pre-Order on your Show Entry Form - 4 tickets for $10.00 - Limit of 4 per person/8 per family. Advertisement/Sponsorship: Please consider sponsoring a class or sending in an ad for our program. Class sponsors will receive a free business card ad. Advisement fees: Business card ads $5.00, Half page ads $10.00, Full page ads for $20.00. Sponsorship fees are $15.00 for regular classes, $20.00 for championship classes. Accommodations: The Quality Inn & Suites 723 7 th Ave, Longview, WA 98632 (360)-414-1000. We have a block of rooms booked at the rate of $79.00 + tax per night.
