- Kensington Flora Hotel (4-star): Athletes may use the gym free of charge, while the swimming pool and sauna are available for half-price. It takes approximately 25 minutes from/to the competition venue and the Kensington Flora Hotel by car. - Address: 231, Jingogae-ro, Jinbu-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon Province, Korea (Odaesan Woljeongsa Enterance) 3. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11) Official airport: Incheon International Airport (ICN) The organizing committee will provide transportation between the Incheon International Airport (ICN) and the hotels. Transportation must be booked through the FIS online system by 22 January. The Information Desk located in the Airport 1 floor, Gate 3, 8 Exit. One round trip transportation (from and to the airport) for each team is free of charge. Cost for additional transportation: KRW 60,000 per person one way. The amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. Shuttle transport is offered between the accommodation and the venue. 4. Payment (World Cup Rules Art. 10 and 13) Accommodation costs: The teams will pay for the accommodation in the financial office at the Kensington Flora Hotel. Persons from the pay lists will be paid by the OC directly. Teams (team captains) will pay directly to the hotels for all extras (room service, movies, drinks etc.) 64
Carrying costs/reimbursement: The Financial Office is located in the Race Office and will be open at 08:00 20:00 on 31 January and 1-5 February. All payment will be made by bank transfer. 5. Waxing facilities (World Cup Rules Art. 14) Wax cabins: available from 31 January at 08:00 6. Regulations of radio equipment: The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Korea is regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radio transmission equipment must be requested according to national specifications. Information: spectrum@pyeongchang2018.com 7. Regulations of Visa: Remember that citizens of some countries will need a visa for visiting Korea. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for Korea. For an official letter of invitation, please send a request to : crosscountry@pyeongchang2018.com 8. Special permissions for wax truck driving Not applicable (no wax trucks allowed in the venue) 9. Income tax information for prize money: The Organising committee will make prize payments electronically through bank transfer to the accounts of prize-winners. Please be prepared to provide to the organiser (contacts specified above) the following information: account holder s name, account, name of the bank, bank s address, IBAN, SWIFT. The payment will be completed after the Organising committee receives the full and correct payment details of the prize money recipient. According to the tax law of Korea, tax will be charged (10%). 65

11. Route Airport transfer to and from Incheon International Airport (ICN) for teams and their equipment will be provided by the organiser. Assistance will be available at the Arrival & Departure Help Desks on the 1st floor near the exit Gate after customs. The time from the airport to PyeongChang is about 2 hours 45 minutes by bus or car. If teams want vehicles to transport competition related equipment for personal reasons, please complete and submit a travel information form, which can be found on the event website: hellopyeongchang.com/en/index and send it to delivery@pyeongchang2018.com 71
