TCU helped me perform at a high level in the class room as well as on the field. As a student athlete many schools forget about the student part, but as a Horned Frog you realize it is your first priority. The resources that were available to me during my time at TCU both on and off the field have helped me get to where I am today. As a program, TCU continues to accomplish new goals each season thanks to the hard work and dedication of the players and the entire coaching staff. Jake Arrieta ( ); 2008 Baseball Olympian "For me, playing baseball at TCU was one the best experiences of my life. I had the opportunity to be part of the first team to play in Lupton Stadium, and also the one that won the Conference USA title and went to the NCAA Regionals for the fist time since I would like to thank TCU and the TCU baseball coaching staff for giving me the opportunity to be part of this great family and for turning TCU into one of the best baseball programs in the nation." Ramon Moses ( ); Director, Panama Real Estate Consultants Transferring to TCU for my senior year, I never thought it was going to be such a welcoming place. My year at TCU was the best year of my life not only in baseball, but in every aspect. The atmosphere was better than I expected, from the head coach to the student trainers. I couldn't have been happier and I wish I was still there. Stuart Musslewhite (2005), Youth Coach My experience as a member of the TCU baseball program was the highlight of my time at TCU. TCU has been the turning point in my life. I met people that have been a positive influence in the path that my life has taken. TCU baseball is one of the up-andcoming programs in the country and I'm proud to say that I was part of that. The coaches have done a phenomenal job in creating an environment where players enjoy the game as well as become better athletes and people. I expect to see the Frogs in the College World Series some time in the near future. Robbie Findlay ( ); TCU All-American pitcher I wanted to go somewhere with top-notch facilities and with coaches who had a good track record of success, not only with their teams, but with the individual players on those teams. It was important to me to talk with former Horned Frog players, and when I did, I knew I would be making the right choice to further my career in baseball. Just to see the way TCU had invested all sorts of resources into an up-and-coming baseball program, I have no doubt that many championships, conference and national, will be shortly within their grasps." Eugene Espineli (2004), San Francisco Giants TCU baseball has made tremendous strides to become one of the dominant forces in college baseball with the help of the coaching staff and the new stadium. I look back on my four years at TCU and know that I was part of something special. Ryan Weems ( ); Residential Sales Representative for ADT Security TCU is a top-notch baseball program, destined to be one of the best in the nation, with an unparalleled coaching staff dedicated to the Diamond of Excellence. Estrada ( ); Marketing Manager for OEG The program is making great strides in being a consistent and successful team every year. TCU is routinely among the top teams in their conference and is becoming a household name across the country. Brad Furnish ( ); 2nd-round pick; St. Louis My time at TCU learning under the coaching staff for three years prepared me for the hardest part of the transition from college to professional baseball and that is the mental side. I matured on and off the field which gave me the mental toughness to know my limits and have the strength to go after what I want. This was a lesson that not only has prepared me for professional baseball but also whatever happens in my life after baseball. Sam Demel ( ); member of the A s organization "My TCU experience - on the field, in the classroom and everything in between - can be described with one word: Incredible. It was a great opportunity to go to school and play ball there. Coach Schloss, his staff, my teammates and everyone at TCU truly helped make it the time of my life."
