4 Polyurethane Bollards We take pride in meeting the most demanding needs of our customers.

5 The unique feature of our polyurethane bollards is the use of biopolymers derived from recycled vegetable oil. This significant development puts our products in a different environmental league to all other materials currently used. All our polyurethane products are cast using our own prepared polymer resin offering you durability with built in value for money and sustainability. Polyurethane can be moulded with the appearance of cast iron or wood whilst exhibiting exceptional weathering capabilities. This makes polyurethane ideal in coastal areas where high levels of salt water are present. To extend the life span of our products they are finished with two coats of heavy duty polyurethane paint containing the highest quality UV filters, giving us the most durable products on the market. As well as offering a wide core range of traditional and contemporary designs, we are happy to produce bespoke bollard solutions: whether you want to incorporate logos, coats of arms, traffic signage or particular colour combinations. In every case the bollards are tough, abrasion and corrosion resistant and practically maintenance free. 16 Solar Pathfinder Bollards Just add daylight!

17 Our unique Solar Pathfinder bollards are specifically designed to provide way-marker illumination at night for enhanced visibility of cycle-ways and footpaths, car parks and promenades, or for general low level illumination of entrance ways, or boundary demarcation. No electrical installation or wiring is required. This results in low installation costs and a lower carbon footprint than mains powered alternatives. The recessed solar powered LED light charges during the day and stays illuminated all night, giving visibility up to 900 metres, even in adverse weather conditions. The state-of-the-art solar light has been fully tested and approved by The Department for Transport and is guaranteed for 10 years. It is unaffected by water (IP68 compliant) and is available in a choice of white, red, green, blue or amber lights; uni or bidirectional. Both the traditionally styled Manchester and the sturdy Woodstock bollard combine the strength of an internal steel core with an outer coating of engineering-grade polymer manufactured from a renewable chemical source. High performance, two-part, aviation grade polyurethane paint, with the highest quality UV filters, ensures the bollard is hard wearing, environmentally friendly and virtually maintenance free. The bollards are available as root-fixed, bolt-down or removable, with optional reflective banding, decorative highlighting, bespoke logos and signage. A ram raid deterrent option is also available. To complement our extensive range of polyurethane products, we also offer a modern range of stainless steel bollards, manufactured to the highest quality using premium grade materials.

The standard bollards are root fixed, with either a flat, mitred or semi-domed top, and can also be supplied either plain galvanised, or powder coated, in black or any other RAL colour.

25 Our post and panel assemblies are perfect for those places where an extra level of safety is needed. They offer high visibility for both motorists and pedestrians. Where pedestrians need to be separated from heavy traffic and to feel safe, our high quality panel structure is the perfect solution. The posts are manufactured from polyurethane and the panels from mild steel. Our panel system provides consistent strength and durability. Panels are attached to a range of aesthetically pleasing posts via galvanised steel lugs and anti-tamper bolts. Post and panel is ideally suited to Heritage environments particularly where cohesive streetscape is desired. The posts are root fixed as standard with the option of base plate fitment.
