3 MARKER PLATES Made from high 3mm thick high strength Lexan which is reverse printed to protect the image from damage, clear text windows are provided when required to allow for individual information to be reverse applied on site prior to fixing of the plate to the post. Plates can be supplied drilled for fixing to DDS system posts and street furniture or slotted for mounting on existing concrete maker posts, combination drilled and slotted plates are also available. Custom sizes plates and 1 or 2 mm thick plates are available. 4 POST AND PLATE FIXINGS The DDS system includes everything required to fix marker plates to our composite posts, existing concrete posts, lamp posts or street furniture Marker Post to retainer Barb Rivets for fixing the retaining Barb to the marker post. Sold in units of 100 s or 1000 s Sign Plate to Marker Post Rivets for fixing DDS plates to posts are a special soft fix to protect the post and plate. Sold in units of 100 s or 1000 s Rivet Gun Rivet gun to suit both types of rivet - light weight and economical Sold individually Sign Plate to concrete post 8mm nylon drive fixings for fixing DDS plates to existing concrete posts ( order slotted plates ) Sold in packs of 100 Street Furniture Kit Comprising 2 x Stainless steel mounting brackets, 2x heavy duty ties and 4 x soft fix rivets for fixing to the marker plate. 5 Street Furniture Kit Hydrant marker plate fitted to a post with street furniture kit MARKER POST DRIVER Lightweight manual post driver Specially designed for purpose - holds the post and requires two handed operation for safety. No digging required to install posts Available for both marker posts and the Gladiator range of Curve Flex marker posts. Protective clothing must be worn and we would recommend the use of our lumber support or similar Lumber support Lightweight lumber support which can help to prevent injury during manual Labour. 6 GLADIATOR MARKER POSTS VERGE MARKING BLACK AND WHITE BANDING Galdiator posts Curv-flex posts are designed for high impact areas having excellent flexibility allowing direct tyre and higher speed vehicle impacts. The concave design protects the applied decals and reflective material from damage during vehicle impacts. Posts are colour permeated white with black applied banding so will not fade.
