2 TERMS & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION LEAD TIME SHIPPING PAYMENT RETURNS Items in stock ship in 48 hours. Please call for current lead time on items that are not in stock. UPS Ground & Freight delivery: 1-3 days for west coast orders and 4-5 days for east coast orders. Items are shipped FOB from Los Angeles, CA. In order to drop ship, a Drop Ship Waiver must be signed by the showroom salesperson and recipient. All Freight shipments must be inspected with driver present. Any claim for damages discovered afterward may be rejected. Payment terms are COD unless credit is established. Credit Terms are Net 30 days. A 1.5% per month charge will be added to past due balances. Collection costs, when incurred, will also be added. Custom Orders require a 50% deposit in advance. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Returns will be accepted only with prior authorization (RGA). There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns. No credit for original or return shipping costs. No returns on custom items. Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. INSTALLATION AND CARE FOR YOUR ALCHEMY PRODUCT Detailed instructions for product installation and care are included in every shipment and always available for view at in pdf versions. DRAINS: Please use drains that have a rubber cushion to prevent the metal parts of the drain from tightening up directly against the glass sink. We offer drains (page 6), and we also supply a rubber O-Ring with all sinks for use in adapting some drains from other manufacturers to work with Alchemy sinks.
