Step 1: Attach tongue t-bracket to axle: Lay the axle on its side as shown below.

Step 2: Attach cradle support brackets to axle: Take one of the (2) cradle support brackets and slide it into the sleeve on the axle. Hand-tighten the allen bolt to secure it to the axle.

2 Step 1: Attach tongue t-bracket to axle: Lay the axle on its side as shown below. Step 1-3 Axle 1 Tongue T-bracket 1 Cradle Support Brackets 2 Brass Nuts 4 Allen Bolts 4 A allen bolts should be facing down Take the tongue t-bracket and slide it into the sleeve on the axle (as shown in Figure A). Make sure that the allen bolts on the t-bracket are facing down (they will need to face the back of the dolly). Slide it to the middle of the axle and hand-tighten the (2) allen bolts to secure it to the axle. Step 2: Attach cradle support brackets to axle: Take one of the (2) cradle support brackets and slide it into the sleeve on the axle. Hand-tighten the allen bolt to secure it to the axle. Slide the other cradle support bracket onto the other end of the axle. Hand-tighten the allen bolt to secure it to the axle. Step 3: Attach allen bolts & brass nuts to axle: Loosely thread (4) brass nuts onto (4) allen bolts. Take (2) of the allen bolt/brass nut assemblies and slide them into the channel on one side of the axle. Hand tighten, then tighten with the provided allen wrench. Step 4: Attach tongue to axle t-bracket: Slide two brass nuts into the channel on the tongue,

the t-bracket on the axle. Guide the brass nuts into place using the allen wrench.

Insert (2) allen bolts (with washers attached) into the holes, aligning them with the brass

3 Step 4: Attach tongue to axle t-bracket: Slide two brass nuts into the channel on the tongue, then turn the tongue over, and slide two more brass nuts into the channel on the back side of the tongue. Line the brass nuts up with the holes in the sleeve. Insert (2) allen bolts (with washers attached) into the holes, aligning them with the brass nuts underneath. Hand tighten, then tighten with the provided allen wrench. Flip the axle/tongue assembly over and repeat for the other (2) brass nuts on the other side. Toll Free: info@thedockdoctors.com 3

Step 5: Attach wheels to axle: Slide (1)

5 Step 6: Attach Keel Pad: Slide the keel pad onto the tongue. Slide it about 12 from the end of the tongue. Tighten the allen bolt on the end of the keel pad bracket. Step 6 Keel Pad with bracket 1 Step 7: Attach Handlebar: Slide the bracket on the handlebar onto the tongue. Tighten the allen bolts on the side of the bracket on the handlebar. 6 Step 8: Attach End Cap on Tongue: Attach (1) of the plastic end caps onto the end of the tongue. Step 8 End Cap 1 Step 9: Adjust and tighten cradle pads: Place your craft onto the dolly and allow the cradle pads to self-adjust.
