Each school is requested to send one teacher to accompany the participants each day. 4. Schools competing for the overall trophy to note that points will be awarded for participation in each event. 5. Kindly bring along the Registration Slips duly filled IN BLOCK LETTERS ONLY and signed by the school authority (for each event). 6. Events In-charge can be contacted for any query after 2.30 pm only. 7. All students will be given certificates of participation. Participants are requested collect the same from the respective Events In-charge before leaving the host school. 8. Participants should carry their School Identity Card. 9. 19 VALUE CREATION (On The Spot English Creative Writing And Reading Competition) Date : 9 th May 2018 Venue : Physical Education Room Class : V Rules to be Observed: 1. Each school will be represented by a team of two participants from class V only. 2. A moral quote/ proverb will be provided to each team. 3. The teams will be given 30 minutes to compose a paragraph of at least words with an appropriate title and suitable examples from their daily lives/ experiences. The paragraph should end with the given Moral Quote/ Proverb. 4. At the end of the 30 th minute the teams will be given 10 minutes to read their composition and prepare for their presentation. 5. Teams will then hand over their papers to the Teacher In Charge. (Children do not have to memorise the paragraph) 6. For the reading, the teams will be called turn by turn and their composition will be handed back to them for reading the same. Both the participants should take part in reading with expressions. 7.
