Just as last year, we are in the spacious Four States Fair Grounds in Texarkana, Arkansas. This facility is a very comfortable venue and large enough to accommodate the opportunity for continued growth in the future. We know you will find it a very comfortable sale experience. We think you will be pleased with the quality and selection of our animals. Many of the animals consigned come from our show strings and have collected numerous ABGA and IBGA points, as well as having passed the ABGA's Visual Inspection. We are extremely proud to offer an outstanding selection of Boer goats from eight breeding programs: Able Acres Boer Goats, CBA Boer Goats, Farmers Stock Exchange, Hidden Oaks Farm, Pair-A-Docs Boer Goats, Pleasant Valley Boer Goats, Menger Creek Ranch and Widener Boer Goats. Our line up again for this year will be foundation does, herd sires, show prospects and many goats that have been shown and carry points from both the ABGA and IBGA. 3 Terms and Conditions Terms: Cash, Cashier s Check, Traveler's Checks. VISA and MasterCard, will be accepted. Please Note, a 3.25% buyers premium will be assessed on each credit card purchase. All purchases through business and personal checks accepted, however NO CREDIT CARD CHECKS. Those paying via checks will be provided with a copy of the registration certificate at settlement time. Once the check clears, the buyer will be mailed the original registration certificate. All monetary funding must be in U.S. Currency. The right of property shall not pass until after full settlement is made. Should any buyer fail to settle for his purchase, the seller or sellers reserves the right and full power to resale the animal to the best advantage either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale together with keep and all other expenses shall be payable by the defaulter. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any goats will be released. In addition, buyers are advised to insure their purchases. Buyers are responsible for forwarding the forms and transfer fees to the Registry of their choice. Purchase price does not include transportation fees and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. (see Transportation section below) Bids and Disputes: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer's decision is such matters will be final. Announcements: Every effort was made to assure the accuracy of this catalog, however all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed material in the catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements. Health Certificates: Copies of health certificates will be provided on every animal. Any out of state buyers should contact their respective state's Animal Health Department concerning importation requirements for goats into that state. It is the buyer s responsibility to obtain all necessary requirements for entry into their home state. Sellers cannot be held responsible for any particular State's importation regulations beyond the Health Certificate provided. Accidents: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the Buyers, neither the Sales Management, Auctioneer, Four States Fairgrounds and its employees and contractors, nor the Sellers assumes any responsibility in this matter and they disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of an accident or loss of property. Loading: Goats will not be loaded until the sale has ended. Goats will not be allowed to load without a release form provided by the Sales Clerk at check out. NO EXCEPTIONS. Goats will be allowed to stay in the sale barn overnight, but must be out by noon on Sunday, July 8th. Those buyers wishing to leave their purchases overnight need to alert the Sales Clerk at time of settlement. Seller assumes NO liability for said goats. Sunday's loading will begin at 7AM. Phone Buyers: Phone bids will be accepted with pre-approved credit and sale arrangements. Please contact the consigner of your choice regarding phone bidding. Internet Bidders / DVAuction: This sale will be broadcast live over the internet by DVAuction. Please visit to register or obtain more information regarding on-line bidding. This should be done at least a week before the sale to ensure proper set up. Transportation: Buyers are responsible for coordinating transportation of their purchases. If assistance is required, contact the consigner directly for list of haulers. In the event Buyer cannot arrange for hauling or in the event Buyers purchases cannot be picked up by 12PM Sunday, July 8th, arrangements must be made with the consigner to arrange pick up from the farms from which they originated. Buyer has thirty (30) days from sale date to arrange pick-up from said farms. 3 of 45

4 Breeders Guarantee Bucks: Should any buck seven (7) months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder after being used on does known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six (6) months following the date of purchase. The seller will then have the right and privilege of ninety (90) days to prove the buck is a breeder. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been sold or of sickness not apparent at the time of the sale. There is no guarantee that semen collected from the buck will freeze. No other guarantees are written or implied. Does: Does are guaranteed to be breeders. In the event a female greater than 12 months of age at the date of sale is claimed to be a non-breeder, after having been bred regularly to a buck known to be a breeder, and after having been treated by a licensed veterinarian, the matter must be reported in writing to the seller within four (4) months following the date of purchase. The seller shall have six (6) additional months in which to prove any such female a breeder and may use any registered buck of the breed available to him. In the event a female less than 12 months of age at the date of sale is claimed to be a non-breeder, after having been bred regularly to a buck known to be a breeder, and after having been treated by a licensed veterinarian, the matter must be reported in writing to the seller within twelve (12) months following the date of purchase. The seller shall have six (6) additional months in which to prove any such female a breeder and may use any registered buck of the breed available to him. Any female returned will be at the buyer s risk. No guarantee is given that a pregnant female will deliver live kids or that she will carry kids full term, or the kids carried will not be mummified. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been sold or for sickness not apparent at the time of the sale. No other guarantees are either written or implied. Settlement: Transportation charges on animals returned to the seller are the responsibility of the buyer. No incidental expenses such as feed, care, veterinary charges, etc. will be charged by either party when making the settlement. If the seller is successful in proving the animal in question to be a breeder, the buyer at his or her expense will reclaim the said animal. Should the seller fail to prove the animal a breeder, then the buyer is guaranteed a satisfactory replacement, FOB ranch, or location of origin, or a refund of the actual purchase price paid FOB selling point. In no event, shall the seller be responsible for more that the purchase price. Should a dispute arise over the quality of a replacement, there will be a cash settlement. Exception of Guarantee: In cases where the animal is subject to any hormone or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, or has been mistreated in care, housing, or nutrition in any way, this guarantee is null and void. Rights and Obligation: The above terms of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in the sale, constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two (2) parties connected; therefore, are not covered by the term and conditions of this sale. 4 of 45

5 Sire References AABG/LOID Great Balls A Fire RRD Gauge x EGGS Palina G.B. is one of only a handful of bucks to be Ennobled before the age of 2. He is an exceptional sire and his first two kids were sold at the 2006 Elite Coalition Sale for $6,000 and $10,000. He is extremely strong in producing exceptional tops and rib shape with full and powerful hindquarters. He is a full brother to AABG/LOID Covergirl. AABG/LOID Vindicator This is the Collateral Damage son we choose to finish the job his renowned sire had started. Early indications suggest that we made the right choice. His first kids are simply stunning. He has been adding frame size to his offspring without sacrificing style. Vindicator was a force in the show ring last year and opened the 2007 season up by winning another Overall Grand Championship. ABF M28 "To-Bi" Sire: EGGS the Sequel "ennobled" Dam: ABF Lillie "Ennobled" "To-Bi" is full brother to the Multi Champion ABF Mutombo and The IBGA National Grand Champion Buck ABF Meatloaf. To-Bi has six Ennoblements in his pedigree and has produced many show quality kids. CBC Freightrain Has length to match his name, beautiful dark red cape and a thick and muscled hindquarter. We flushed one of our best show does, FSE Plum, to him. DCW Viper DCW Viper has a really strong head which begins with a sound mouth and the start of a really stout skeleton. His neck comes right off the top of his shoulder marking that look and vigor important to a stud buck. Viper expressed a great deal of muscle down his top, over his rump and carried it well down to the hock. He had a beautiful top line with an open rib that complimented his width through his chest. His feet and legs were correct. To top it all off he was well balanced with good color and pigmentation. Viper passed visual inspection as traditional and has 190 points with 130 points still unassigned as of May 11, DCW Bo-Jangle ABGA National Grand Champion He is the youngest buck ever to be named ABGA National Champion. BJ has already earned enough offspring points and is currently waiting for inspection for his ennoblement. If you're looking to add muscle, style, balance and the show ring look, then look no further. This buck has it all! EGGSonerate He had a tremendous show career himself in California and his offspring are clearly blue ribbon babies! EGGSonserate will go down as one of the truly great bucks - currently having 1255 ennoblement points - and counting. His offspring have consistently been ABGA National top place finishers. FSE 3057 Pheno A son of Mojo bred back to his daughter, 845 Precious Perfect. Precious Perfect s dam is Frances. Fancy, long bodied, high headed, beautiful dark red color, good legs and a good disposition distinguished this buck. He is tightly bred and produced his best progeny with out-crossed does. FSE 3083 Dyna-Mo Mojo Magic x JLF Amelo Precious Perfect Dyna-Mo was an exceptional buck, producing a prettiness and correctness in all of his kids. He is gone now, but his genetic presence will be felt in many breeding programs around the nation. 5 of 45

6 Sire References, continued FSE 3174 Is now owned by David Carter of Ohio. We flushed this son of NK CEO x Precious Perfect to several of our does and have many progeny from these matings. Fancy with eye appeal, thickness and width across the top and in the hindquarters are his notable characteristics. FSE 5074 Iron Horse A son of CBC Freightrain, has 2 Grand Championships. He is high headed, caped with a medium red color, and of course, very long bodied. We're choosing some of his progeny for our show string. FSE 5086 Storm Sire: FSE Aflac (Blue Chip son) Dam: FSE 0260 Sumo daughter Storm was the high selling buck at the 2005 Silver Exchange Labor day sale. He was put to work right away and he has produced our best kids to date. Even in his work clothes he has done well in the show ring taking first in his class out of 8 in the 2005 Sinton Show. He went on to win Jr. Grand and Overall Reserve Grand Buck. FSE Mr. Mo Was a son of Mojo x Frances born in 1999 and we revived his genetics with a successful artificial insemination flush. We've kept two of his sons for stud bucks and nearly all his does. Hidden Oaks Warrior's Thunder First own son of Ennobled Painted Warrior. Painted Warrior's sire, Ennobled Xtender, is a son of Ennobled EGGSfile and double bred Ennobled Top Gun No. 2. His dam, Anna Lise, is a daughter of EGGSfile and granddaughter of Ennobled Magnum. The strength of Thunder's pedigree continues with his dam, Stella Valentine, who goes back to the Powell/Holman Balson line (Kivumbe and Hiari) with a bit of Ennobled Johaan thrown in for good measure. Thunder is a well-balanced, traditional colored buck with a deep bottom jaw, beautiful head and horn set who follows in his sires footsteps by producing gentle, well-mannered offspring with tremendous dispositions. Thunder was shown at 6 weeks of age, placing 8th in a class of 116 at the 2002 ABGA Nationals and currently has 25 points in the bank toward ABGA Ennoblement. JRA1 Agnew's Collateral Damage JRA1 Agnew's Collateral Damage is hotter than ever! He is one of a very select few Boer goats to be before reaching 2 years of age. His kids are winning major shows across the country. Collateral Damage (C.D.) is a true "American Idol" and his popularity increases every day. C.D. is an absolutely awesome example of a Boer buck. When he walks into a show arena, people take notice. His power, length and balance have won him several championships, including the 2005 Ft Worth Stock Show Yellow Rose Classic and American Premier Classic Boer Goats Show, as well as the 2005 North American (NAILE) JRA1 Agnew's Trust N Luck Ennobled Trust N Luck made his mark on the Boer Goat industry early. As a kid he was named the 2003 Buck Futurity Champion and walked away with the prize money. His show career continued to bloom and he was a force to be dealt with every time he entered the show ring not to mention the success of his offspring. Ennobled Trust N Luck is very sound on his feet and legs. He has maintained his strong, long topline and width throughout. When this much power is combined with fluid, graceful movement it is a rare package. It s no wonder his offspring have been so overpowering in the show ring. Ennobled Trust N Luck s genetics will now be very limited. We lost him in January He will be missed. 6 of 45

7 Sire References, continued MCR's Strictly Business An own son of Ennobled Monkey Business, Strictly Business has had numerous championships in his career. Strictly adds length, bone and muscle to his kids. Strictly's kids have accumulated all the necessary ABGA points and passed visual inspections. He will ennoble by sale date. NAMA Blitz NAMA Blitz was the high selling buck ($40,000) at the T4 Ranch dispersal sale and is the perfect outcross for many of the top genetics in the country. We were fortunate to flush our best donor does to him. He is currently owned by Downen Livestock and Bill Soltow. RRD Gauge RRD Remington RRD MS. M27 Gauge is extremely long with a beautiful Roman head. He has numerous offspring winning in the show ring. He is the sire of AABG/LOID Cover Girl, AABG/LOID Great Balls A Fire, Collateral Damage, POW, Full Metal Jacket and many more outstanding show goats and significant breeding stock. Long with a beautiful Roman head, Gauge is one of the outstanding sires in the breed. RRD R898 Cannon RRD Gunsmoke X RRD P663 Cannon has proved to be one of the great producing bucks of the breed. His kids are consistent in correctness, beauty and the charisma that makes a show goat. RRD Hammer Time This is an extremely popular paint buck and multiple show champion. His semen and service have been in high demand since he broke onto the scene with a 2nd place finish at the 2005 ABGA National Show. He throws a lot of color and consistently stamps his kids with quality traits. Several of his daughters will be featured in this sale. RRD Ruger RRD Ruger was the high selling buck at the Rocking R Dispersal Sale, ($42,000). He is long with a beautiful head and dark red color. He was part of the '05 ABGA National Best Par of Buck Kids. He sired the 1st place buck kid at the '06 ABGA Nationals, RRD Ammo V704 (Sold for $31,250 at the Rocking R Dispersal Sale). Ruger will ennoble easily as his kids are currently the most sought after in the country. TLB T333 Ripper 2005 IBGA National Grand Champion He is well on his way towards dual Ennoblement based on the results of the first shows we have taken his offspring to. Ripper is seeing widespread use in our herd and also in Texas for Terry Blair. Purchasing a son, daughter or doe carrying the service of this buck will head your program in the right direction! 2DOX Sourcerer This double bred Powell/Holman 2SIS Bingo buck is turning heads at the shows. He was the Reserve Grand Champion Buck at both shows in Fort Worth this year. He also won Overall Grand Champion at the 2007 IL Goat Daze Show. We have used him both naturally and in ET flushes and couldn't be happier with the results. He is currently seeing heavy use on our herds. His sire was the 2005 ABGA National Champion Buck and his dam was the 2006 ABGA Reserve Sr. Champion Doe. We are confident his offspring will be show winners themselves. SWE Main Event TLB Main Man x a Class Act daughter Main Event is just over 1 year of age and has been dominant in the show ring winning 4 Overall Grand Championships and 6 Junior Grand Championships. He is the perfect cross-over buck with wether breeders and fullblood breeders alike excited about his size, correctness, length exceptional top and beautiful front end. He is a buck for the future.
