1 Stunting and Safety Guidelines PW: Two leg Prep level (1/2) only Flat back, v sit (straddle sit) Any single leg below prep only Basic Cradle and bump down Inversions: All inversions must maintain contact with the performance surface. Handstands on the ground to a shoulder sit / prep level stunt Extended stunts other than 2 listed above must be braced at least on 1 side (hand arm connection must be made prior to initiating extension) Extended single leg stunts may be braced on 2 sides Hitch as long as hand/arm connection remains on at least 1 side Extended single leg stunts may not brace or be braced by any other extended stunts. Tosses: Must have 4 tossing bases Straight ride only (arm variations aloud blowing kiss, salute)

Dismounts: Basic cradles with a ¼ turn & bump downs from extended or prep level stunts, 1 & 1/ 4 twist (full down) is allowed from any two leg stunt

Any junior skill pyramid release move is legal if it remains connected to a base and two bracers. Example twisting mounts and transitions to extended skills are allowed up to 1 twist if connected to two bracers at prep level or below the connection must be made prior to the initiation of the skill and must remain in contact thought out the skill *** extended release moves must be braced on both sides arm to hand connection*** Extended single leg stunts may not brace or be braced by any other extended stunts. During a pyramid a top person may pass though an inverted position if the top person remains in contact with a base that is in direct weight bearing contact with the performance floor. Must start and end at prep level or below. Dismounts: Basic cradles with a ¼ turn & bump downs, 1 & 1/ 4 twist (full down) from any one or two leg stunt
7 Inversions: Assisted flips originate and return to ground. Handstands on the ground to a shoulder sit / prep level stunt Going from a cradle to a handstand or from prone to a handstand position or forward roll Mulit base suspension rolls to a cradle, load in, flat body prep level or the performing surface. Must be supported by two hands both hands of the top person must be connected to a separate hand of the base. Must be caught by the original bases. Must start at prep level or below Tosses: Must have 4 tossing bases Single Trick Straight ride, toe touch and pike, 1 twist rotation (full). Exception a ball X is allowed.
8 Seniors: Any Single leg preps level & full extension Twisting mounts and transitions to prep level and below up to 1 & 1/2 One leg twisting transitions extended position may not exceed ½ twists Extended Twisting transitions exceeding ½ to 1 twist & must land in a two leg stunt Release moves: (when top person s feet are released from the bases) Must not pass above extended arm unless the release is initiated below prep level and is caught at prep level or below May not land in an inverted position Release moves from inverted to non inverted may not twist and if landing at prep level or higher must have a spot Release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground level and may not twist or flip Helicopter release allowed up to 180 degrees Dismounts: Basic cradles with a ¼ turn & bump downs, 1 & 1/ 4 twist (full down) from any one or two leg stunt Inversions: Extended inverted stunts are allowed. Downward Inversions allowed. Downward inversions must maintain contact with an original base. Downward inversions are allowed at prep level and must be assisted by at least three bases, at least two of which are positioned to protect the head and shoulder area. Exception: Two leg Pancake stunts must start at shoulder level or below and are allowed to pass through the extended position during the skill. Clarification: Two Leg Pancakes cannot stop or land inverted.
9 Extended single leg stunts may not brace or be braced by any other single leg extended stunts. A modified version of Paper Dolls is allowed Full Extension may contact to another full extension. One legged extension may to connect to a two leg extension. Braced flips contact must be made with a person at prep level or below prior to initiating the flip. Contact must be maintained during the entire transition. During a pyramid transition, a top person may pass above 2 persons high while in direct physical contact with at least one person at prep level or below. In a pyramid transition, a top person may travel over another top person while connected to that top person at prep level or below. Clarification: Contact must be made with a base on the performing surface BEFORE contact with the bracer(s) is lost. Transitional pyramids may involve changing bases. Transitional pyramid inversions may involve changing bases. Tosses: Must have at least 3 tossing bases Multi tricks allowed Ball X, Straight ride, toe touch and pike, 1 twist rotation (full), kick full, no more than than 1 ¼ twisting rotations No inverted, flipping or traveling tosses
