1 Sample skills Red Level 1 All skills with hand support performed form the standing position are allowed: For Example: Forward and backward rolls, front and back walkovers, cartwheels, round-offs, and hand stands, Series and or connection of these skills is allowed: For example: cartwheel/back walkover At least one hand must remain in contact with the floor during skill execution. Prohibited: Front and back handsprings, flips and aerials All basic skills with hand support are allowed At least one hand must remain in contact with the floor at all times during skill execution. Series tumbling is allowed. Two leg stunts at prep level and below are allowed. One leg thigh stands are allowed.1/4 twist by flyer only is permitted. Prohibited: Single leg at prep level, all extended stunts, swing ups, and bases moving during load in. All tosses are prohibited. A two leg extended stunt is allowed as long as flyer is braced on both sides. During transition, the flyer must maintain contact with at least one base at all times. Prohibited: Hanging or collapsible pyramids are prohibited. Staright cradles from prep level may not exceed more than ¼ twist rotation. Flyers must cradle from prep level. Prohibited: inverted dismounts, double based suspended forward roll, positions during cradles: arch, toe touch, pike, tuck. Cradles may not land in prone position (on stomach), and dismounts to different bases are not allowed.

A single leg extended stunt is allowed in a pyramid as long as flyer is braced on both sides by hand arm connection, (single leg extended stunts are prohibited) During transition, the flyer must maintain contact with at least one base at all times. Prohibited: Hanging or collapsible pyramids are prohibited. Straight cradles from prep level may not exceed more than ¼ twist rotation. Flyers must cradle from prep level. positions during cradles: arch, toe touch, pike, tuck are allowed.

3 Double based forward suspended rolls are permitted. Prohibited: inverted dismounts, double based suspended forward roll, positions during cradles: arch, toe touch, pike, tuck. Cradles may not land in prone position (on stomach), and dismounts to different bases that do not progress back t an upright/vertical position are not allowed. Release Moves No release moves are allowed other than those mentioned in the dismounts and tosses sections. ( No up and down release transitions that are braced by prep level or below stunts are allowed) Exception: A single full twisting barrel (log) roll is allowed if it starts and ends in a cradle position.

4 Sample skills Blue 1 All skills noted in Red sample skills and: standing back tuck,standing back handspring, back tuck, standing back full, standing full, twisting back flip or standing full, standing toe touch back handspring/tuck, standing toe touch back tuck, Connection of more than one of the above skills is allowed. Example: cartwheel/back walkover, or standing back hand spring sereis. Flips are allowed, but may not exceed 1 rotation, and zero (0) twisting rotation. All basic skills with hand support are allowed Series tumbling is allowed. Flips are allowed but may not exceed one flipping and one twisting rotation. Flips may only be performed from a round off/round off back handspring entry. Flips may be performed in an alternate positions (layout, pike,x-out) Ariel cartwheels are allowed. S, Prohibited:tumbling after a flip. Exception: a forward or backward roll out of a flip for safety is permitted. Liberty,arabesque,scale, hitch, heel stretch, cupie, scorpion,bow and arrow (prep level), show and go to single leg prep, pony mount, L and V sit, prep level, shoulder /straddle sit, retake and reload from cradle, prep level flat back, sponge to prep, extended flat back, leap frog, split stunts, ground up extensions, full twist load in. All extensions must have double base, front and back spots. Single leg extended stunts are allowed. Twisting during load in is limited to one full twist by the bases/flyer. Prohibited: shoulder stands, transitional stunts leaving original bases, pendulums. Basket and sponge tosses are allowed. may not exceed 1 and ½ twisting rotation. Flyers must be caught by original bases. Prohibited: Flipping front or back and traveling tosses are prohibited. Flyers may flip forward or backward, from a prep or sponge in a pyramid as long as the flyer is braced on both sides

Cradles from all stunts are limited to 1 twists. Double based suspended forward roll dismounts are allowed.
