4 ONLINE TRYOUT REGISTRATION CLOSES: o 27 MAY 2018 o Online registration will streamline the day-of registration and save you time o In-person registration may be done at the field, but please arrive at least 30 minutes early Can be done from mobile device (phone, tablet) or desktop computer o Anywhere with internet access

5 Go to At top of the page click Register Now under Club X Tryout Registration

6 Create a member account o o o Blue Star Sports account (bonzi account) Single account - same account for all family members Account should be created by parent/adult

7 Complete Tryout & Medical Release form o 3 parts Parent/Guardian 1; Parent/Guardian 2; Player This form includes links to Concussion, SCA, and Lindsay s Law trainings o Complete these trainings/review material if you have not done so this year o Your digital signature on this form attests you have done this

8 Choose someone to register Choose Someone else and click Add Registration for Selected Player Choose Category Pick the age group for the child you are registering If you are interested in trying out for a specific team, a separate section in the Player Information is available

9 To register another child Click Add Registration for Selected Player Once all children show under Pending Registrations o Click Continue Registration

10 Review registration information Click Continue to Payment Method if correct Click Back to Register Player to add another player

11 There is no cost For tryouts Click Confirm Registration

12 You will receive a Confirmation indicating you were registered Note the tryout dates in the confirmation You can manage your Parent and Player information through your Member Account o o Log in to your Member Account clubxsoccer.osysalive.com More information can be found at

13 Every player needs a soccer ball, shinguards, water, and appropriate shoes (cleats) Make your way to the registration tables in the shelter to check-in o Expect to find a large group of people! o Volunteers will be at the tables to assist and to answer any questions One checked-in, have your child go to the assigned location for his/her age group. o If players wish to play up on an older team please get permission from the volunteer so they can include it on the paperwork for the coach

14 All tryout sessions will be run by the team s coach or trainer Heavy emphasis on skills, work rate, and attitude at tryouts Players may be broken into groups for certain evaluation while others engage in another activity Please don t read too much into this situation it s difficult at times to evaluate players!

15 Every player will be notified no later than Saturday, June 9th o o o Keep in mind, some players will have to wait for word while coaches are awaiting confirmations from other players Please be prompt in your acceptance to a team as it may affect other decisions If you child has been selected to a team, more information will be provided
