Three routes indicated by the circle colour Transfer of weight in anticipation of the next move Swopping and matching of hands and feet Comfortable juggy handhold positions Heaps of options and lots of colour
Caving Ladder This climb replicates the challenge a caver faces when entering or exiting a steep vertical section in a caving system. A narrow cable ladder that just won t stay still. 10 Cloud 9 A visually whimsical interpretation of a scattering of clouds which provides for the use of a unique Clip n Climb hold. Three routes indicated by the colour of the holds Climber needs to work out how to position their body to maintain balance Use the slopers, jugs, side pulls and underclings to good advantage Race your mate to the top Challenge your mate to mirror your moves
Hexed Climb the honeycomb created by these unique hexagonal shaped holds. A visually stimulating challenge that offers many different routes to the top. Coloured holds determine the degree of difficulty on this one Big moves required depending on the colour of the route Balance and good coordination required Deciding which coloured route to choose Really positive hand holds
Inflated Double sided challenge with a real difference... colourful permanently inflated tubes with holds on both sides. Climbers make it difficult for each other by creating unpredictable movement as they bounce and climb. This is a Double Element that is designed for 2 climbers. Three routes indicated by the hold colour Bullet proof holds but slippery sloping foot holds require careful and precise placement Maintaining balance during transitions while the tubes are bouncing in and out Bright and breezy challenge with unusual climbing holds Laugh a minute action on this constantly moving wobbly wall
Jungle Gym A tough physical challenge that has proven to be a natural draw card for climbers of all ages, male and female. This challenge requires good balance and strength combined with patience and determination. Three routes indicated by the ball colour. Strong arms and good core muscles Steady legs and ability to hang out from the wall Commando style challenge Swinging on the ropes
Leap of Faith This is an immensely popular element which is a real personal challenge for many. The goal is to climb up the central pole and onto the jump platform from where the participant leaps out to catch hold of the trapeze. Participants have a go at the lower level before moving up to the higher one to gain the admiration of spectators and a huge sense of achievement. The position of the Trapeze can quickly and easily altered to suit the physicality and confidence of each participant. A mental and emotional challenge Courage, and the support and encouragement of others An adrenalin pumping challenge Diving into space from the top of a pole
Lightning Crack Beautifully presented climbing wall in the form of a lightning bolt. Climbing a crack is a unique challenge for climbers and the offset nature of this feature makes it even more interesting. A very different but ultimately satisfying experience. Hands go in the crack. Two options for footholds indicated by colour. Side pull technique with both hands in the crack Angled crack demands good body positioning to maintain balance A unique climbing experience Just getting to the top of the lightning bolt
Morse Code Climb the message that says Clip n Climb is fantastic fun! Three routes indicated by the hold colour. Strong fingers for the round pinch holds Good use of leg muscles to drive the climber up to the next hand hold Work out the message with the use of the Morse Code Alphabet Try climbing just the dots!
Orbital A unique interactive challenge thanks to some clever technology in the background. Each of the offset discs rotates to the left and right leaving little time for thinking or resting on the way to the top. Got to move quickly to beat this challenge. By using the holds on the rotating discs. Speed and good balance Fast hands and accurate footwork Maintaining your balance Spinning your way to the top
Pixetron A brightly coloured wall made up of pixels arranged in a stunning pattern that is a real head turner. Coloured holds indicate the choice of routes to the top. Figuring out how best to grip the round holds Patience and determination Great photo opportunity for sharing on social media Deciding which route to try next
Red Square Climbing is all about problem solving and the solution is not immediately clear with this challenge. All the hold fronts are the same and it is only by careful inspection that the various routes to the top are revealed. Three routes indicated by the colour behind the holds fronts. Stamina required while identifying the orientation of the holds Patience to work through the maze of jugs, underclings and side pulls Hold pattern has the look of the popular Tetris game Discovery that this challenge is not as simple as it looks
Skyscraper One of the most popular Clip n Climb elements. Excellent first climb for younger climbers who can go straight up the middle as if they were climbing a ladder. Challenging for fit and flexible adults who can work their way to the top via the most difficult route using the under-cling handholds. Three routes indicated by coloured squares. Climb with hands and feet in same colour squares Climb using under-cling handholds Stunning bright lights and colour Can be climbed like a ladder
Spaghetti Junction Short trailing ropes and organic foothold shapes with shallow edges make this an exciting and physical challenge. A great work out for both arms on a climb that requires balance and strength. The rope ends are now fitted with a handhold to provide a positive grip for climbers. Three routes indicated by rope colours. Routes twist and wind up to the top Angled foothold surfaces create additional difficulty Funky looking got to climb it challenge Action packed ascent with lots of swinging
Speed Climb Hugely popular with Clip n Climb customers of all sizes and age groups. It provides for the naturally competitive instincts within us all. Usually set-up in pairs but can be installed as a single element with the Timer being used to decide who climbed fastest. LED lighting in corner moulds reinforce the fast-moving action. The fastest way you can, all the holds are available. Getting good solid handgrips first time every time Placing feet quickly to provide the drive and energy to climb quickly Race your mate to the top Beat your own PB (personal best)
Steelworks Great looking element with two distinct and steely challenges. On the back wall the climber must grapple their way to the top using the red bars. Foot placement like the side challenge is on sloped steel rails. The side climb is like climbing the inside of a door jamb. Two distinct climbs... back wall and the sides. Strong arms and good footwork Use of opposing forces using both hands and feet Great satisfaction in beating these slippery challenges Cheesegrater descent if you don t keep your elbows in!
The Crag Beautifully sculpted in fiberglass this element gives climbers an opportunity to climb a natural looking rockface. The features provide additional challenges as the climber works up to the overhang at the top. Traditional bolt-on climbing holds require climbers to utilise a variety of techniques. Three routes indicated by the hold colour. Careful foot placement Good choice of hand grips Looks like the real thing Feels like a real challenge
Tree Trunk A square tree trunk? Unusual for sure but this is a beautiful recycled tree, laminated and moisture cured to maintain its good looks. Just one thrilling way to top out on this classic challenge that we all grew up on. Balance and co-ordination Smooth body movement and weight change Everyone love climbing trees Showing off to you mates
Triffid A super interesting organic looking wall that is one of the more challenging elements in the Clip n Climb portfolio. The large three dimensional holds invite climbers to grip them in many different ways. There is no right or wrong way to climb Triffid, it all depends on the size of the climber. Micro features on the shapes provide extra handhold opportunities. Anyway you can or just using the central core. Good problem solving skills Strong fingers and leg muscles Enjoying a real jack and the beanstalk challenge The tactile excitement of the triffid shapes
Twister An absolutely stunning and powerful visual attraction. Twister is not only a centre piece of any Clip n Climb, it is a great climbing challenge. A double sided element which accommodates 2 climbers at the same time. On one side the holds are jugs and on the other side underclings. There are many interesting ways to get to the top of Twister. Delicate footwork Good sense of balance Discovering new ways to the top Peeping round the corners at the other climber
Velcro Wearing gloves with a huge Velcro Dot on the palm, the climber presses them against the special carpet to provide balance. A novel challenge that reflects the need for climbers to transfer their centre of gravity over their lead foot before moving on. Three routes indicated by the disc colour. Accurate placement of Velcro gloves to ensure balance Good footwork and transfer of weight Trying to hang on to that surface Doing it till you finally beat it
Vertical Drop Slide This slide is an out of the ordinary experience. Each participant is kitted out in a skydive suit ( to control the amount of friction ) and a helmet. Then they hold on to a handlebar and are pulled up the face of the slide using a winch controlled by a Clip n Climb supervisor. This is a challenge of choice and participants can let go at any time they choose. Participants going to the top of a 9 metre slide will have 3 metres of freefall before engaging seamlessly with the slide and through the radius and up to the end of the slide. Routes to the bottom Just the one! Holding on to that handlebar The courage to give it a go Dropping into the void from a great height Enjoying the truly exhilarating adrenalin rush
Zigg Zagg This climb has a snakes and ladders look to it but involves a series of challenges. Traversing from left to right and vice versa with vertical sections in between, the climber weaves their way to the top. The transfer between vertical and traverse is another challenge in its own right. Three routes by choice of handhold... jug, undercling or pinch. Core muscles are required to stay close to the wall Shuffling traversing technique Frequent changes of direction Thrill of traversing on the edge
