Where there is an admission charge included in the cost of the tour the child fare is from 3 14 inclusive unless otherwise advised (please note some attractions charge for children from the age of 2 please enquire at the time of booking). Children under the age of three are carried free of charge on the coach but are expected to sit on their parent s lap. All Priory coaches operate a NO SMOKING/NO ALCOHOL POLICY (THIS INCLUDES E CIGARETTES) All day excursions are operated subject to our Regulations and Conditions of Carriage which are available for inspection upon request. It is a legal requirement to wear seatbelts on the coach. This is your responsibility. Specific seat numbers will be allocated at the time of booking, so to secure your seat choice book early to avoid disappointment. As we do not advertise coaches with toilet on board some of our Day Tours will include a comfort stop en route. This will also comply with Drivers Hours Regulations. Admission to attractions are only included where stated. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they are at the correct departure point at the correct time and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred by passengers who arrive late at any pick-up point/departure point. Priory Coach and Bus Limited expects each Day Excursion to be operated as advertised but reserves the right, without previous notice, to vary or cancel any tour at their discretion. Any Day Excursion can be cancelled if there is insufficient customer demand making it uneconomically viable to operate. In the event of any major or significant variation or cancellation you may either continue with the tour as varied, accept a comparable alternative that we may offer, or cancel the booking and receive a full refund of monies paid. If you wish to cancel your booking you must give at least 48 hours notice. Tickets which are cancelled 48 hours prior to departure (see exception below for excursions which include meals) will be entitled to a refund of the value of the ticket minus a 20% cancellation charge on presentation of the ticket to the agent where it was originally purchased from. No refund will be given for tickets which are cancelled within 48 hours of departure. Excursions which include meals are prepaid to the hotel/restaurant two weeks in advance of the tour taking place and are not refundable. Therefore, any tour including a meal cancelled within two weeks of the tour operating will only receive a refund of the coach travel element of the tour minus the usual 20% cancellation charge up to 48 hours prior. 6
