How will this help me? If you are new or returning to exercise, walking not only offers the opportunity to improve your fitness at a pace that suits you, but also provides people with the opportunity to meet others in friendly groups. 13 Positive Steps for all ages throughout Southern Staffordshire On occasions walks may be cancelled or meeting times changed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to contact walkers where possible in these circumstances but if we are not able to contact you we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. New walkers are advised to contact us prior to attending. During the winter months when weather could make conditions unsafe please ring on the day of the walk to confirm that the walk is going ahead. Or visit: Please wear sensible footwear and clothing appropriate for the location of the walk and weather conditions. Please arrive minutes before the start of the walk, so that the walk can commence on time. In the event of a walk taking place in the absence of an ge UK South Staffordshire qualified walk leader and any walks that are not published in this programme, ge UK South Staffordshire will accept no responsibility for any issues or incidents arising on that walk.
