To deliver Blitz sexual health workshops in 12 secondary schools across Cornwall in March. 3 To recruit 4 further registration and distribution organisations for C Card. To support the Mobile Sexual Health Bus with at least 2 sessions a month. To deliver Foundation in Sexual Health Training in partnership Condoms. Also, provided the Colleges with National Promotional Material for LARC Campaign. 4 with Cornwall Youth Service, Brook and NHS. Training plan To deliver a Delay Training Session for Multi-Agencies in partnership with Cornwall Youth Service, Brook and NHS. To deliver 3 Testicular cancer Workshops to a group of 15 young men aged yrs. To deliver 2 Cervical and Breast Cancer Tuesday 9 th February at Epiphany House, Truro, 12.3pm 4.3pm, with 18 participants, from Multi- Attended Board Meeting Monday 1 st Feb. Dates were not set for the workshops. Delivered 2 workshops on 25 th February at Five Islands School, on the Isles of Attendance List Training plan Meeting Minutes s -3 Looking to restructure workshops at Camborne College, rather than the Rugby Club. The workshops can then run during the day, rather than evening. No confirmation of further funding for project after March 21. 4

5 workshops to Yr1 and Yr11 Pupils at Five Islands School, Isles of Scilly. To provide the 6 Cornwall College Campuses with 15 Condom Key-rings. Support 87 Pharmacies and 38 Minor Injury & Community Hospitals for Men s Health Week in March. Scilly: am 1.45am = 14 Yr 1 Young Women 1.45pm 2.45pm = 12 Yr 11 Young Women Supporting Cornwall Colleges in a Stay Safe campaign to run in College sites: - 15 Condom Key-rings with Cornwall College Logos printed on and eefo web address. Due to be distributed in; - St Austell - Stoke Climsland - Cambourne - Saltash - Newquay - Falmouth Provided: Boy s Talk Sexual Health Leaflets - 1 Men s Health Choices Booklets - 6 Healthy Gay Cornwall Leaflets - 2 Men s Health Challenge Cards - Produced a Men s Sexual Health Fact sheet Quiz Sheets Workshop Timetable Condom Key-ring s Men s Sexual Health Fact Sheet 5
