4 GUEST SKATERS DIANA GALLO is a member of Viking Skating Club s Professional Staff. Diana began skating when she was 6 years old, after falling in love with watching the sport on TV. Diana joined Viking Skating Club when she was 10 years old. Diana moved up to level 8 in ISI and skated in many competitions including Bay State Games in which she won 3 gold metals, 3 years in a row. She won two bronze medals at the ISI Junior Worlds competition. Diana graduated from Bridgewater State College with a degree in English. Diana continues her skating career back at Viking where she began as a student. ASHLEY MOULTON is one of the newest members of Viking Skating Club s Professional Staff. Ashley has been figure skating for about 18 years. She is currently at the USFSA Junior Ladies level and is looking forward to passing her Senior Ladies test in the future. She attended UMass Lowell where she ran Track and Field and was named an All-American. She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor Degree in Science. She has been coaching various sports and recreations for 10 years. In addition to coaching figure skating, she is a coach of Track and Field at Alvirne High School. Ashley resides in Chelmsford with her fiancée and 16 month old son, Jaiden. When Ashley is not coaching and being a devoted mother, she is busy pursuing a career as a criminal justice advocate. SHAYNA RICHMAN is one of the newest members of Viking Skating Club s Professional Staff. Shayna has been skating for about 13 years. She is a Senior Level Skater and a member of the North Shore Skating Club, where she recently passed her last USFSA test. She has also passed Moves in the Field Tests through Senior and recently passed her Senior Freestyle test this past summer. She continues to compete on behalf of North Shore. Her past competitions include the New England Regional s Qualifying Competition, Bay State Games and other club hosted competitions. She also takes part in the North Shore Skating Club s Ice Spectacular Show. In addition to teaching at Learn to Skate Programs, she also teaches private lessons. Shayna hopes to continue skating throughout college and may consider one day traveling with Disney on Ice. We are very excited to have Diana, Ashley and Shayna as our guest skaters and members of our staff.

5 VIKING SKATING CLUB 2007 GRADUATES We are sad to say goodbye but wish good luck to our graduating seniors: CARLY CUTLER ( CEE CEE ) has been a member of Viking for ten years. She has competed annually at the Viking Competition, and has competed at the Lower Cape Competition and Nashoba Valley Competition. She has also been a soloist in the Viking show for many years and a volunteer mentor, helping the younger skaters during our first hour of lessons. Cee Cee is a Senior at Marblehead High School where she is a member of the Field Hockey Team - which this fall were named State Champions, the Mock Trial Team, and a Member of the National Honor Society. Next year, Cee Cee hopes to attend college in Boston or elsewhere in the Northeast. She wishes to pursue her interest in Biology. ERIN DEPEW has been a member of Viking since she was ten years old. She has competed annually at the Viking Competition and has been a soloist in the Viking Show for many years. Erin is a Senior at Marblehead High School where she played varsity right wing on the Marblehead Field Hockey Team, which this fall were named State Champions. She has also won recognition for her writing and poetry at the Marblehead Festival of the Arts and her art in the Boston Scholastics Awards. Erin has been accepted into Loyola University of New Orleans and has also applied to New York University, Boston University and Fordham University. In college, she hopes to major in art, writing or psychology. HANNAH GREEN has been a member of Viking since she was six years old and competing since age 8. Hannah has competed annually at the Viking Competition and the Lower Cape Competition and many other competitions in the Massachusetts area. She has been a soloist in the Viking show for many years, as well as a volunteer mentor, helping the younger skaters during our first hour of lessons. Hannah is also a member of the Young Dance Company of America. She is a senior at Marblehead High School where she is President of the National Honor Society. Hannah hopes to go to college in California, but is still awaiting her choices. Hannah wants to thank her coach, Colette, and everyone at Viking. She will miss everyone next year, wherever her studies take her. MARY KVACHEV has been a member of Viking since she was 9 years old. She has competed annually at the Viking Competition. She has also been a soloist in the Viking show for many years. Mary is a Senior at Swampscott High School. Mary hopes to attend college in New York where she is planning to major in business and media. During her last summer before college, Mary plans to continue figure skating, work at Rags to Riches in downtown Marblehead, and acting. She would like to thank everyone at Viking Skating Club, especially her coach, Diana, and she will miss everyone very much. Mary wishes everyone at Viking the best of luck!

6 JESSICA QUEALY has been a member of Viking for ten years. She has competed annually at the Viking Competition, as well as the Lower Cape Competition. She has also been a soloist in the Viking show and a volunteer mentor, helping the younger skaters during our first hour of lessons. Jessica is a Senior at Swampscott High School, where she is an honor student and has participated in Field Hockey, Softball and Swimming. She has also participated in the People to People Exchange Program and has had the opportunity to travel to Australia, Italy, Sicily and Columbia, South America. Jessica hopes to attend college in New England where she will major in Biology. She also hopes to study abroad where she can incorporate her skill of being bilingual in Spanish into her travels. Jessica would like to thank her coach, Cindy, and everyone at Viking for all the wonderful memories. She will miss everyone!!
