6 RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS MOTHER NATURE is still in control out West, so please realize that we cannot control her weather patterns or the water flows. But we can recommend all things to make your trip a well prepared for and comfortable experience regardless of the changes that may occur. We reserve the right to change river sections, move to adjacent rivers or postpone the trip if water levels, weather conditions or circumstances arise which are beyond our control. Client's river skills and abilities can also determine whether a particular river or trip is substituted. PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY, as it applies in every instance. If you are concerned about the loss of monies paid due to late cancellation, we recommend that you purchase a trip cancellation insurnace policy. The websites for more information are; & ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING, AND/OR FAX DVK. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS ONE DAY TRIP DEPOSITS: $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required when making reservations. The total is due 45 days prior to your trip. Charge card numbers will be accepted for deposit confirmation on short notice bookings. When cancellation is made 2 days prior to departure, all monies are refunded LESS a $25 per person fee. LESS THAN 2 days notice, NO monies are refunded :(this includes credit card charges). MULTI-DAY EXPEDITIONS DEPOSITS: Advance reservations and 25% deposit is required. Space availability is not guaranteed without deposit. Minimum deposit when CONFIRMING A RESERVATION IS 25% of trip cost. The final balance of a multi-day trip is due 45 days prior to trip start date. Cancellations made more then 45 days prior to departure will forfeit $100 per person of the trip cost. Cancellations made between 45 to 14 days of the trip start date will forfeit 25% of the trip cost. With LESS than 14 days prior to the trip start date NO monies are refunded (this includes credit card charges).
