3 WHO WE ARE?. The Football Academy is the biggest and the most recognizable network of elite football schools for children aged 4 to 12 in Poland. Our initiative was established with improving the sports and the organizational level of children's football in Poland and Europe in mind. A unique training system as well as the organizational, administrative and marketing structure are based on the best English models. The Football Academy project was born from great passion to football and the wish to educate the youngest children at the highest level in terms of football. Idea and the need were quickly transformed into actions which resulted in the formation of the rst school in 2009 in Opole. Today, there are more than 150 branches in Poland and their number is constantly growing. We already have almost 15,000 little football players and more than 400 quali ed coaches and more than 100 managers. The Football Academy is also developing its network in the UK and in Ireland. Our offer in this part of Europe is targeted at people of Polish origin living on the islands. Our pupils are given the opportunity to train and develop their football skills among their peers and friends speaking Polish, and the parents are given the possibility to integrate in the local Polish environment. Our goal is to teach children how to play football. When recruiting for the school we never select players. We give a chance to everyone regardless of their skills. We infect our pupils with football passion, we encourage them to play football and use their potential in an appropriate manner. Become a part of the Football Academy!

We create big and smaller Football Academy centers all over the UK and Ireland which, due to a standardized training system and school management, give our customers a guarantee of quality and professionalism in any town.
