4 FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES BONAR LAKE: We operate the only 2 cottages on this lake (approx. 3 miles apart). The lake is 6 miles long with short sections of both the inlet and outlet river being navigable. It features consistent walleye and northern pike fishing, and great summer jumbo perch action like most lakes with major rivers flowing through in our area. The lake is located in the Chapleau game preserve so guests will enjoy an abundance of wildlife. To reserve both cottages on the lake for one party the minimum is 8 adults. BONAR NORTH: Only One Other Cottage on Lake (Bonar South) ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 6 One of our largest cottages with three bedrooms, shower room, large screened porch, and a large living area. BONAR SOUTH: Only One Other Cottage on Lake (Bonar North) ~M VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 This cabin has 3 rooms, a shower room, and a large screened porch. The camp sits on a beautiful sand beach, and cabin is only 10 feet from the water. FLYING FRIDAY to FRIDAY KAPUSKASING LAKE: (Kingfisher Outpost) This lake is an 8 mile long lake, with 25 miles of navigable river at the north end of the lake (Nemegosenda River), and offers a wide variety of fish including walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, and jumbo perch. The water body is accessible by railroad and by air only, and has one other outfitter and some private cottages. The Canadian National Railroad crosses at the north end of the lake. There is abundant fish and wildlife on the lake and river and is a great all season destination and great for folks that love to boat, explore, fish, and hunt. KINGFISHER OUTPOSTS: ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 2 Kingfisher Outposts are offered to one party of 2 to 10 persons and has 2 cabins on the property (about 100 yards apart). The west cottage is a 2 bedroom VIP cottage with an indoor flush toilet and is the principal cabin for all groups. The east cottage is a bush cottage with 4 additional beds and a kitchen. Schewabic Paul 4 LINCOLN: Only Cottage on Lake ~ M Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W, N) Lincoln is a long, winding lake, with many bays that will offer big spring time pike and an abundance of supper walleye. Large screened porch, spacious dining room, and a bedroom. Limited to 20 guests per year. Available: May 18 - July 6, 2018 PAUL: Only Cottage on Lake ~M Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W, N) This one room log cabin with screened porch is set on a beautiful sandy beach is one of the nicest and prettiest settings in the north. Anglers can walk to two nearby lakes with boats / motors waiting on the other side for a day trip adventure. Limited to 30 guests per year. SCHEWABIC: Two Private Cabins on Lake ~M VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N, JP, B) This lake is part of the Chapleau River system which is the border of the Chapleau Game Preserve. Wildlife is abundant, and the fish are plentiful in this slow moving section of the river. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a shower room, screened porch, and a large kitchen / dining room. SHAWMERE: Only Cottage on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 6 Minimum 2 This one bedroom cottage has seen extensive renovations through 2017 and now offers a large screened in porch, shower room, and electric system. This 4+mile lake is a slow moving stretch of the Shawmere River system (with major rapids on either side stopping boat navigation). SHERLOCK: Only Cottage on Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W, N) Sherlock lake is a small-secluded 2+ mile long lake that has consistently surprised our customers with the quality & quantity of walleye. The cabin is 40 x 16 with 1 bedroom, a large living room, and a screened porch for your enjoyment. Limited to 30 guests per year. SHINERS: Two Private Cabins on Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W, N, B) This cabin sits elevated on a small rise surrounded by epic jack pines providing a special lake view during your evening campfires. Several islands and great lake structure. A walking trail starts directly from the cottage to an outlying walleye & pike lake with a boat and motor waiting for your day trip adventure. Available: June 29 - Sept 14, 2018 WALLEYE: Only Cottage on the Lake ~Bush~ Accommodates 4 Minimum 2 This 2 mile long lake is one of our favorite family fishing spots for action. Plentiful walleye in all sizes & some very large northern pike. This lake has been resting since 2013 to protect this fragile fishery. Limited to 20 guests per year. 5 FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES BEACHSIDE: On Nemegosenda Lake ~M VIP~ Accommodates 8 Minimum 4 (W, N, B, JP, BT, LT) This cottage is located close to the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the northwestern side of Nemegosenda Lake. The cottage has two bedrooms, a huge living room and kitchen area, screened gazebo, and the most spectacular lake view from the deck of the cottage. The camp is located approximately 4 miles from our Fly-In American Plan lodge where you could access the internet and a phone. BEATTIE: Only Cottage on Lake ~C VIP~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 This 2 bedroom comfort cottage with screened porch is on the shoreline of a beautiful 2 mile lake. Guests can take a minute walk to Oswald Lake where a boat and motor is waiting for your day trip adventure. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. LEMOINE: Only One Other Cabin on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 4 One of the nicest, most comfortable, remote cottages on a 5+ mile lake with three bedrooms, a large living room, huge screened porch, and shower room. Lemoine is a slow moving section of the Shawmere River with major rapids on either end stopping boat navigation. Equipment is waiting at two outlying lakes with walking trails for pike and walleye. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. LITTLE LEMOINE: Only Cottage on Lake ~C Bush~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (W, N) This is a beautiful vertical log single room cabin with screened porch on a beautiful rocky shoreline. A boat & motor is waiting on an outlying lake for guests to enjoy huge numbers of pike. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. Limited to 20 guests per year. FLYING SATURDAY to SATURDAY SAHLER: Only Cottage on Lake ~BUSH~ Accommodates 4 - Minimum 2 (W, N) This cottage is elevated on a small rise making evening campfire views remarkable. Its semi-partitioned with 1 bedroom, and a kitchen/ living room area and large screened in porch. Walking trail leaves directly from the cottage to another walleye/ pike lake with a boat waiting for you. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. Limited to 30 guests per year. BROMLEY: Only Two Other Private Cabins on Lake ~C VIP~ Accommodates 14 - Minimum 4 Bromley Lake has long been considered the classic northern pike and walleye fishery. The 30 x 40 vertical log cottage sits central on a 6-mile lake with 20+ miles of river to explore. The cottage features 3 bedrooms and a loft, a huge lounge area, and a 1-acre front lawn for family games. The Bromley River has limited access by road. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY P.M. McCONNELL: Only Cottage on Lake ~C VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N, B) A spring fed, clear water lake in the hills, with access to two other lakes with boats and motors provided. One outlying lake offers great pike & bass fishing, the other walleye & pike. The main lake has excellent fishing for all species. The cottage is on a small island and has two bedrooms, a large lounge area, and great fishing right from the dock. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY P.M. OSWALD: Only Cottage on Lake ~C VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 A 3 bedroom cottage with a huge dining / living room area and screened porch is built next to the water, and in one of the best fishing bays of the lake. One of the deeper lakes in the area (70-80 feet) making it a fantastic fishery for epic sized fish. A boat & motor is available on Beattie Lake for a day trip adventure. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. Biggs BIGGS: Only Cottage on Lake ~M Bush~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N) Biggs is a rocky, spring fed, clear bright lake in the upper hills around Ivanhoe. The cottage sits on a lovely island in the lake. Deeper lake (70-80 feet) making it a great trophy fishery. Walking trails connect anglers to two remote lakes, and one of the lakes (Spearmint) offers you an overnight cabin. FLYING TIME: SATURDAY A.M. RIVERSIDE: Nemegosenda River ~VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 2 (W, N, JP, B, LT) This cottage is semi partitioned into 3 rooms, a shower room, and a large screened porch. Nemegosenda Lake is approximately 8 miles long and flows into the river, which offers anglers an additional 14 miles before rapids make boat travel impossible. 6 FLY-IN OUTPOST COTTAGES FLYING SUNDAY to SUNDAY 6 RICE LAKE: A very popular walleye and northern pike factory. The rocky lake is 12 miles long with dozens of islands and hundreds of bays &coves. We operate 2 of the 3 cabins on Rice Lake, which are approximately 6 miles apart. Guests can also boat to Northpoint lake during higher spring water levels. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M. RICE NORTH: Only Two Other Cottages on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 8 - Minimum 4 (W, N) The cottage is semi partitioned with 1 bedroom, a large living room area with two bunk beds, and a screened in porch. The cottage is built on a hill with a fantastic evening sunset view of the lake. RICE SOUTH: Only Two Other Cottages on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 6 (W, N) This substantial 3 bedrooms cottage is located on the southern part of the lake on a large island. Quick access to some of the deepest holes in the lake, as well as great walleye fishing right from the dock. RUSH: Only One Other Private Cottage on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 10 - Minimum 4 (W, N, B) A beautiful vertical log cabin set within a majestic red pine forest. Between the fire pit on the point, long sand beaches at the camp, and panoramic view it s easily one of the prettiest settings in Northern Ontario. Inlet and outlet rivers to explore and equipment provided to fish two outlying lakes. This lake has access by road. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M. FOREARM: Only Cottage on Lake ~VIP~ Accommodates 6 - Minimum 2 (N, B) This large cabin is 16 x 40 with 16 x 16 screened-in porch. The cabin is on a three mile lake with plentiful northern pike in the 2-5 lb. range and piles of smallmouth bass. We provide 3 boats on Forearm Lake and 3 boats on Hardiman Lake, which is a spring fed trophy pike and smallmouth bass fishery. There are no cabins on Hardiman Lake. The cabin has undergone major renovations since we took possession in 2015 and now features a screened porch, large bedroom, shower room, and huge living room/dining room area. To reserve both cottages on the lake for one party the minimum is 8 adults. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M. PEBONISHEWI SOUTH: One Other Cottage on Lake (Pebonishewi North) -Bush- Accommodates 4 Minimum 3 (W, N, B) This is our most recently renovated cabin and is located on the southern end of the lake. It s rustic by all accounts, with a single bedroom, dining room, and hallway. It s a perfect spot for smaller groups seeking big water and excellent fishing. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY A.M. RESOUND: Only Cottage on the Lake -Bush- Accommodates 4 Minimum 2 (W, N, B) This cottage should be a top choice for any smallmouth bass fisherman. This fishery was rested in 2017 following our conservation policies. The cottage has two bedrooms with a large living room and foyer. Walking trails to two close pike and bass lakes. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY P.M. Available July 8 Sep 16, Limited to 20 guests per year. NORTHPOINT: Only Cottage on the Lake -Bush- Accommodates 4 Minimum 2 (W, N) Northpoint Lake is a one room cottage on a 4 mile lake with creek access to Rice Lake. The route may involve small portages depending on beaver dams and water levels. Northpoint is primarily a big northern pike lake, but also has great supper sized walleye. FLYING TIME: SUNDAY P.M. Available May 20 July 8, GUEST NEEDS: Food, sleeping bag, flat and/or bed sheet and pillow case, axe and small saw, fishing and/or hunting licenses (we sell), first aid kit, fishing and/or hunting equipment, and personal gear. We recommend at least one lantern for extra lighting, a GPS, compass, multi-tool, and all season clothing. WEIGHT LIMIT: 100 lbs. of gear per adult. Overweight charges are 75 cents per pound. ODD SIZE PARTIES: IF REQUIRING AN EXTRA BOAT AND MOTOR, ADD 240 AS A TOTAL PARTY CHARGE. (EXAMPLE: 3 PERSONS WANTING 2 BOATS AND MOTORS. EXAMPLE: 5 PERSONS WANTING 3 BOATS AND MOTORS.) CHILD DISCOUNTS: We offer discounted rates for children 16 and under as long as the minimum party size for the cottage is met. From 3 to 12 years old as a 3rd person in the boat with 2 adults would be half price, but if the child is the 2nd person in the boat the discount is 25% off the adult rate. From 13 to 16 years old (youth) the discount is 25% off the adult rate for being either 2nd or 3rd person in the boat. SOLAR POWER: Bush cottages now offer limited solar power for lights and for charging your ipod, camera, etc. Guests raved on this upgrade!

8 DRIVE-IN LODGE IVANHOE RIVER INN IVANHOE RIVER INN: We WELCOME you, our guest, to Northern Ontario s premiere vertical lodge resort. This lodge is the starting point for all of our trips. This is our airbase, lodge, cottages, marina, restaurant, fish and game cleaning building, and general store. The Inn will offer you: lakeside dining in our fine restaurant or on the log crafted deck, an outfitting store, shower and washroom facilities, and a guest lounge serving food and spirits. All cottages have gas BBQs, full bathroom and kitchens, full electricity, and all bedding/towels. Free WIFI at the lodge and the closest cottages. All packages are PET FRIENDLY. LOG SUITE & COTTAGE DESCRIPTIONS: LOG COTTAGE SUITES: These 4 log suites are 480 sq. ft. and feature a vaulted ceiling, 4 piece bath, 1 bedroom and the main room is a cozy blend of a full kitchen and living room carved from native timbers. The suites offer a front porch with one adjoining cottage and a fire pit stocked with wood in the front yard. The ideal party size is 2 to 3 and can accommodate up to 5. VIP LOG SUITES: These 2 executive suites have an elevated view over Ivanhoe Lake from the second floor log balcony. Each suite is over 1200 sq. ft. and offers two separate bedrooms, a loft as a third sleeping area, huge vaulted ceiling, big screen TV, and huge living room areas. The ideal party size would be 6 to 8 or close families up to 12. BAY COTTAGE: This cottage is located 1.5 miles from our drive in lodge on Ivanhoe Lake and offer guests a peaceful, quiet environment. This two story, three bedroom cottage has a panoramic deck overlooking the lake, great fire pit, and a large private dock. This is a 1400 sq.ft. cottage with 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, electric heat (and a woodstove). The ideal party size is 4 to 10 and can accommodate 12. VIP Suite Ivanhoe River Inn Dining Room 8

9 DRIVE-IN LODGE PACKAGES Cottage Log Suites Bay Cottage Cottages with Boats/Motors/Fuel 5 DAY PKG (PER ADULT) 550* Package Information: Cottage accommodations for your group plus one 14ft V-hull Lund Boat and 15hp Yamaha motor and all fuel for every 2 adults. Odd number group sizes can ride 3 in a boat and pay the accommodations rate for the 3RD person (rates below) and / or rent an additional boat for the week. Groups that do not need a boat & motor for each two group members should contact us to create a custom package. Our 5 day package runs Sunday to Friday, and is based on at least 2 adults in the group. To add or remove a day, add or subtract the rate by 80/day/adult. With our housekeeping package we offer a discounted rate for a One Day Fly-In Fishing Trip during the week (Mon-Thurs) for 300/adult/day minimum 4, not to exceed 1200lbs for the aircraft. 10 What a Catch! BOAT-IN RIVER COTTAGES 2018 Guests leave Ivanhoe River Inn and boat-in to their cabin. The river is very slow moving and locating your cabin is very easy. #1 THE NARROWS on the IVANHOE RIVER: Maximum Accommodations 6 The cottage is eight miles away from the seaplane base and located at the narrows on the Ivanhoe River, which offers you great fishing right off your dock. The cottage is 20 x 28 with two bedrooms, mud room and a large living kitchen area. A large yard area overlooks the river. This cabin has hot/cold running water and shower. Weekly Cabin Rental: Friday 3pm - Friday 10am weekly 825*. Party size over 3 persons add 200* per adult. #2 THE BROOK on the IVANHOE RIVER: Maximum Accommodations 8 Set beside a lovely brook, this cabin is a popular spot for families. A 20 x 24 cottage set 14 miles from the seaplane base. One large main room and one bedroom with bunks for 8 persons. The cottage has a spacious screened-in porch. This location offers excellent summer Perch, Walleye and Northern Pike fishing. An inexpensive way to enjoy some fine fishing at a lovely outpost camp. This cabin has hot/cold running water and shower. Weekly Cabin Rental: Friday 3pm - Friday 10am weekly 1075*. Party size over 4 persons add 200* per adult. #3 THE POINT on the IVANHOE RIVER: ~Bush~ Maximum Accommodations 6 This log cabin, located 22 miles from our seaplane base, is accessed by water, and your departure point is from our seaplane base. An older log cabin set on a point with an excellent view. Very isolated and little traffic this far up the river. Superb spring Walleye and good summer Pike and Perch fishing. This is a bush cabin with no running water. Weekly Cabin Rental: Friday 3pm - Friday 10am weekly 725*. The Lodge is set in the rugged and remote beauty of the Cambrian Shield in the Arctic watershed. All pets are required to have current vaccinations. All pets except service animals are required to have a proper kennel for when they are alone in a cottage and for aircraft transportation. FLY-IN INFORMATION: 1. Overweight charges are 75 cents per pound and overloads are flown in at our discretion. On return flights to the seaplane base, the excess food or returnable cans/bottles will be flown out if they can be safely loaded on the aircraft. 2. Parties in the bush are flown out when the replacement party arrives at the base. Parties wishing to alter prearranged flight days will be subject to an additional charge. Cabin parties arrive in the morning unless specified in the brochure BOAT-IN RIVER CABINS INFORMATION: 1. Available for your occupancy Friday afternoon and departure on Friday at 10 a.m. Parties need to bring their own sleeping bags, sheets, pillow cases, and towels. 2. Please let us know how many boat/motor packages are needed for your group. 3. Extra gasoline is available in 5 imperial gallon containers to take up the river, at market price. FLY-IN & BOAT-IN OUTPOST INFORMATION: 1. All garbage is brought out of the bush, so please have an adequate supply of heavy duty garbage bags. 2. We recommend that parties bring at least 1 Coleman lantern for extra lighting in the cabins. IVANHOE RIVER INN INFORMATION: 1. Overnight rooms will not be held without a deposit with either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or your personal check. 2. Guests using the daily inn rates will receive a 10% discount if they stay 4 days or more. 3. We request a quiet period in the units from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 4. All guests are requested to supply their own beach towels. NEMEGOSENDA LAKE LODGE: 1. The check-in office at the Ivanhoe River Inn is open on Friday evening until 9:30 p.m., Saturday morning we open at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday evening until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday morning we open at 8:00 a.m. 2. Bait will be available and is part of the package at Nemegosenda Lake Lodge for all guests. 3. Weight limit: 100 lbs. of gear per person. Overweight charges 75 cents per pound. (Ex: 100 lbs of extra gear will cost 75 Cdn. plus tax. 4. Cabins all have private inside showers, toilets and hot and cold running water. Propane lights and/or generator lights. 5. Our package includes a boat and motor for each two guests. If you have an odd size party, then you can fish three in a boat or you can choose to rent an additional boat on a daily or weekly basis. 6. Nemegosenda Lake Lodge guests should arrive at Ivanhoe Lake for morning flights to Nemegosenda Lake. On Saturday the flying time into Nemegosenda starts at 7:00 a.m. 7. The majority of the lake is a wilderness area and the provincial government has now made the Nemegosenda River a Provincial Waterway Park. The Park starts at the north end of Nemegosenda Lake and follows the river for approximately 70 miles. On either side of the river the park extends 400 back from the high water mark on the river s edge. There is a small amount of activity on this waterway. It is an infrequently used canoe route and there are only four other cabins on this vast body of water. One of the cabins is our outpost Riverside and Bayview is our new shore lunch area set for our Nemegosenda guests. HUNTING RATES: Please write for separate brochure and more information.
