Dave Thomas, the architect, has designed what is now considered as 2 of the best courses on the French Riviera. Le Château course is a long course featuring several water hazards which test the ability of the more advanced golfer.

2 Day 2 Golf at Sainte Maxime golf course Designed by English architect Don Harradine, Sainte Maxime International golf club offers some of the best views of the spectacular bay of Saint-Tropez, as you make your way through the wild heather of Provence with its charming scent Surrounded by sparkling sea, wild heather and forests of cork-oaks, Sainte Maxime s 18 holes are generously spread over 150 acres of hilly land, offering superb views of the Côte d Azur and the hinterland Suggested sightseeing: Saint-Tropez, a wonderful seaside village with legendary reputation for both quality of life and its architecture including the fortified citadel. Home of the famous French movie star Brigitte Bardot, the international renown of Saint-Tropez attracts many celebrities on their luxury yachts every summer. Though the peninsula of St-Tropez is one of the most frequented touristic sites in the world, the small village of Gassin which overlooks this remains little known today. However, like a jewel poised on its green mat, Gassin offers to visitors magic moments of mystery. One is amazed, with the impression of being on the roof of the world! As far as the eye can see, the deep blue sea contrasts with the tender green of forest and vineyards shared by no less than seven wine domains and "chateaux". After contemplating this unique panorama, one strolls gently through pretty, winding streets adorned with flowers. Now one understands why Gassin acquired the distinction of "Plus Beau Village de France"! Ramatuelle is another typical village of Provence situated in the peninsula of Saint-Tropez. Perched on the top of a hill of ancient cork-oaks and pines, Ramatuelle is surrounded by vineyards giving some famous wine. Traditional craftsmen, tiny local stores and Provencal restaurants along pedestrian streets make Ramatuelle one of the most popular village in Provence French Riviera. 3 Day 3 Golf at Terre Blanche golf course, two championship courses winding through pine and oak-clad hills and valleys, providing golfers with sweeping views of neighbouring villages and the Southern Alps. Le Riou course is more technical, with its narrow and hilly fairways surrounded by many bunkers and dog legs almost on all par 4 and par 5. Day 4 Guided Tour in Provence French Riviera Nice Its worth taking the time to discover Nice in depth: wander at random through the narrow streets of the old town and then stroll along the famous "Promenade" before entering into the heart of the city with its rich architectural and cultural heritage and its parks and gardens. Nice has a total of 19 museums and galleries, 32 classified historical monuments and 300 ha of parks and gardens, woodland and green areas in addition to 150 ornamental lakes and fountains.

4 Nice Old town With its narrow, shadowy streets, cozy squares, colourful markets, baroque churches and jumble of pastel houses, Vieux Nice looks and feels much as it must have about two centuries ago. The sounds are different though, at least at night when music from the bars and nightclubs fills the air with rhythm. The bustle of tourists and shoppers is replaced by teams of young clubbers prowling the streets for the latest hangout. Especially on summer evenings, the Old Town resembles a vast open-air party. But during the day, Vieux Nice harbors some remarkable buildings that recall Nice's eventful history. Today's Opera House (Rue Saint-François de Paule) was built on the site of the former municipal theatre, destroyed by fire in Inaugurated in 1885, it is a typical example of Second Empire architecture. Eze This superb eagle s nest surveying the Peninsula of Saint-Jean- Cap-Ferrat, offers remarkably well-preserved medieval architecture. Its narrow streets with their vaulted houses and tiny shops owned by artists and craftsmen comprise the backcloth for the historic fête Eze d antan. The famous exotic gardens with their rare shrubs and plants are at the top of the village Monte Carlo Monte Carlo is a heaven for lovers of luxury and sophistication. The cream of jewellers, designers and perfumers all have shops here. Some of the top designers even come to Monaco to find inspiration. But now only the big names are present in Monaco. There are also numerous shops and boutiques where visitors can find either traditional or more unusual gifts. 5 original design was signed by Colt and Simpson, the most famous architects in the twenties, and then redesigned by Thomas and Alliss in This sumptuous parkland course surrounded by oaks, pine-trees and fields of jasmine hosted 14 times the Cannes Mougins Open, part of the European PGA tour, with famous winners such as Greg Norman or Seve Ballesteros Suggested sightseeing in the former middle age fortified village of Mougins. Perched 900 feet above sea level, this wonderful Provencal village overlooking Cannes and the Riviera has attracted by its multiple charms many artists such as Francis Picabia, a surrealist painter or Picasso who lived here for many years. Renowned for its floral parks, Mougins is made of tiny streets winding around in a spiral and is the perfect place for art, craft and shopping Sightseeing in Grasse Day 6 Golf at Taulane golf course This challenging course designed by the champion Gary Player (his first course in France) sets in the heart of Provence mountains 3000 feet above sea level. Surrounding the château de Taulane in a wild and natural landscape, the course offers spectacular views on the mountain Grasse is famous as the world capital for perfumes. Its unique historic heritage has made it a rare example of well-preserved medieval architecture, while Fragonard, one of its native sons, brought its international culture renown. 6 Suquet Quarter in Cannes This is the old Cannes, built on the rocky slopes looking down onto the sea and far enough away from the STRASS and glitter of La Croisette. Old houses, twisting alleyways, an old chateau of Cannes and a lively atmosphere: Provence rediscovered! The "Iles de Lérins" is a small archipelago just off the coast of Cannes and part of the commune of Cannes. The archipelago has the two main islands of Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat and the two micro-islands of Tradelière and St-Féréol. Boat excursions to the islands leave from Cannes (15 minutes to Saint-Honorat and 30 minutes to Sainte-Marguerite). Excursions also leave from Antibes, Golfe-Juan, La Napoule and Nice. The islands are pedestrian-only; no motor vehicles are allowed. Suggested sightseeing in Saint-Paul de Vence, a tiny Provencal village famous for its painting galleries. Located between mountains and sea, the medieval village of St Paul, from its 60 feet rocky outcrop, overlooks the surrounding landscape, with the Mediterranean sea and the Cap d Antibes, the Alps and the Esterel Mountains. St Paul s landscape, natural site, architecture and buildings are the third most visited historical site in France. The Sun in St Paul is, by far, the most beautiful of the entire Provence. It is also the country where the best variety of oranges grow (Vauban to Louis XIV. January 7 th 1701). 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. PRICES Prices are based on currency exchange rate at the time of printing and are subject to adjustments according to the currency exchange rate at the time of booking and time of travel. 2. RESERVATIONS All reservations must be made in writing and become valid once the client has signed the booking form. 3. PAYMENT * 30% required at time of reservation * The remainder 60 days before arrival date If the registration is done less than 45 days before arrival date, the full price is due immediately. 4. CANCELLATION Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Vue du Monde Travel and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person: * Cancellation 55 days or more before arrival date: 30% of the package value * Cancellation between 55 and 35 days before arrival date: 50% of the package value * Cancellation less than 35 days before arrival date: 100% of the package value 5. MODIFICATIONS Any modifications asked for by the client less than 55 days before arrival date will only be possible if the various service providers (hotels, restaurants, golf clubs) are able to comply. Otherwise, any requested modifications could be considered as a cancellation and would be subject to the above-mentioned cancellation policy. 6. LIABILITY Vue du Monde Travel will not assume responsibility for any delay or damage to or loss of property or injury to or death of persons due to transportations (rental car, motor coach, railroad, air flight, or any other conveyances), or due to suppliers (accommodations, golf courses, restaurants), or due to any other external reasons (strikes, weather conditions, etc). 7. AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND CLAIMS If, during the stay, any of the service providers (hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, châteaux.) do not meet the programmed standards, the client must require of the service provider a downgrade or non-provided service certificate or, lacking the above, the client must submit a written claim to Vue du Monde Travel within 20 days of the end of the stay. Any claims not respecting this protocol will not be admitted. There will be no refunds for any unused portions of the package. 8. PLAYING GOLF The client acknowledges having the necessary golf skills for playing on the programmed courses. The client plays golf on the course solely under his own responsibility towards others and equipment. Vue due Monde Travel cannot be held responsible if the golf course cannot be used because of weather conditions or a tournament organized by the golf club. Vue du Monde Travel cannot be held responsible if there is a litigation between the client and the golf club in case of theft, loss or damage of equipment. 9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment by the client means full acceptance, by the client of the above-mentioned terms and conditions 10. TRAVEL INSURANCE / PASSPORT / VISA All participants require to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior travel. It is participants responsibility to ensure that they meet passport and visa requirements before departing Australia.
